Hi! My name is Heather I'm a 24 year old stay at home mom and wife. I wish I had the talent to write fanfic but unfortunately creative writing is not my strong suit. So instead I read other people's wonderful fanfic. I have the same username at FanFiction.net and LiveJournal.

In early 2009 I really got hooked on Buffyverse Crossovers. I'm a pro-Buffy so I only read stories with her as the main character (Sorry it is just what I like). I don't like to read stories where the writer makes Buffy to be a super b***h, very selfish, and stupid. I just don't think that is who she is. Yes, she did have moments of where she was selfish and hurt peoples' feeling. She was human! Everyone has moments like that at some point in their life. I think that by just being what she was she couldn't be as bad as some people make her. I really like to read AR/AU fics set in Season 6. I really feel like Joss really took the show in a terrible direction at that point and really beat Buffy down.

I'm not too big of fan of who the Scoobies (Giles, Xandar, Willow) became in the last two season. So any story that puts in them their place in Season 6 or 7 is good with me.

I'm not that big of fan of femslash/slash unless it makes sense. If the character is gay in the show or maybe the show has been giving off a *vibe* about a character then I'm fine with it. For example, Xander & Buffy. I don't believe that either character is gay. (Yes I know that in the comics Buffy has a homosexual relationship but the comics don't seem to be in sync with the show. So I ignore them.) But if it has Willow in a homosexual relationship then I don't mind it at all.

As far as non-crossovers I have been sticking to two ships Buffy/Angel and Buffy/Giles. I absolutely hate Buffy/Spike, Buffy/Riley, Angel/Cordelia, Angel/Nina, and Angel/Kate. I guess I feel like if Buffy was going to end up with anybody from the show it would have been Giles or Angel.
