I'm a computer specialist and teacher that has specialized in dealing with at-risk teenagers and tribal career development.

While I've previously been concentrating on BTVS' Xander as the central character in my fics, and try to weave in as much background detail as possible, I'm trying to improve my ability to write '3-dimensional' female characters. Hopefully, before condemning OOC in something (which a few folks who've not read all of my fics have done), please contact me and make suggestions on how I could achieve the 'main points' I'm trying to convey, in such a way as to correct the OOC. It will make my writing and everyone's reading more pleasurable than a venting.
