Title: Moonlighting
Characters: Donna, Ten
Rating: PG-13
Disclaimer: Written for fun, not profit!
SummaryLet's go for a nice stroll in this heavily forested area, Donna. The moonflowers here only bloom once every century, Donna. Oh, and did I forget to mention that this place is infested with werewolves, Donna? No, of course it'll be fine if I get myself infected, Donna. God, she was going to kill him when she got her hands on him.

A/N: Written for Illustrationnetgirl_y2k for Illustrationfandom_stocking. Any comments most appreciated :)

"Did we lose it?" Donna asked. She and the Doctor were hiding behind a large tree, panting. Well, she was panting. The stupid Martian didn't even look winded, just her luck. Other than the sound of their breathing and the rustling of leaves, the forest they were in was eerily quiet.

The Doctor peeked out, looking for any sign of the large wolf thing that they'd barely gotten away from. Trust the Doctor to want to stare at something in wonder while it was trying to maul them both. If she hadn't pushed him away, that beast would have taken off his head. As it was, she still had no clue how they'd gotten away.

"Seems clear," the Doctor said, straightening. He winced. Donna's eyes narrowed. It was hard to tell in the gloom (fat lot of good the full moon was), but his suit seemed to be darker at the shoulder.

"Did that thing take a bite out of you? Is that blood? Oh my god, you're not going to ble...

Title: Finders Keepers
Characters and/or Pairings: mild Ianto/Ten/Jack
Rating: PG-13
Summary: "You seem to be taking this awfully well, Ianto Jones. The last time this happened, Donna didn't stop screaming at me for about five minutes."
Author's Notes: Written for Illustrationalafayefor Illustrationdwsanta

The flash of light enveloping him faded.

Ianto blinked.

"What?"

Ianto turned to see a console in the middle of a large round room. Beside it was a man, looking at Ianto in disbelief.

"What?!"

Now that he thought about it, the man looked rather familiar.

"WHAT?!" the Doctor said again.

***

"Oh don't give me that! You're not keeping him!"

Ianto was watching the Doctor argue with his ship, still a little dazed at the fact the Rift had dropped him onto the TARDIS of all places. He was content to keep out of it for now, just trying to collect his thoughts. Not to mention the fact that watching the Doctor lose an argument with a ship was vastly amusing.

The Doctor tinkered with the console a bit more, pulling levers and twisting knobs before turning to Ianto with a satisfied: "Ha!"

He frowned at Ianto's expression.

"You seem to be taking this awfully well, Ianto Jones. The last time this happened, Donna didn't stop screaming at me for about five minutes."

Ianto shrugged.

"Hazzard of the job. I'm just surprised the Rift dropped me off here."

The Doctor looked a bit sheepish.

"Ah,"...

They looked and they found them. Bright and shining, each and every one; broken and jagged after the Alliance was done with them. Their greed and ambition, cold and analytical, reached for something they should never have meddled with. They forced somethi

Title: Pies Through Time
Fandoms: Doctor Who, Pushing Daisies
Character/Relationships: Jack, Ned, Olive, Martha, Doctor
Rating: PG-13
Warnings: none
A/N: Written for Challenge 1 of Illustrationcrossovers_las . Prompt was two opposite characters from different fandoms meeting. My brain came up with this.

There are certain things in life one never expects. A tall charismatic man in an old-fashioned military coat walking into his pie shop was not one of them. Even less expected was the way he strolled - no, sauntered up to the counter, practically oozing charm. The blinding smile just added to the movie star effect. Ned twitched, wishing he could get away from the man. But Olive was otherwise engaged and he had no choice but to interact. He was useless at small talk.

"Nice pies."

The man hadn't even looked at the pies. His eyes were trained disconcertingly at Ned. He...didn't do well when people stared at him. And even less well when people leaned into his personal space, much like the man was doing now. He resisted the urge to step backwards. It wouldn't have been good form to back away from a customer.

"It's the filling. That's more important. Crusts are crusts, but it's the fruit that counts. And it's not that crusts aren't important, they're the thing which holds it together and might even be more important than the filling, though it's really more of a crust and filling living in harmony thing and why are you looking at me like that?"

The man's demeanor had softened slightly, but not enough for Ned's comfort. The smile was just that bit more sincere, the eyes just that bit more amused. The man let out a small huff of laughter, deflecting Ned's questio...

Title: Close Encounters of the Team TARDIS Kind
Characters: Rory, Doctor (Ten), Donna
Rating: PG
Warnings: slightly AU
Summary: It was neither dark nor stormy when Rory first ran into the Doctor. Well, when the Doctor ran into him.
Notes: It took me forever to write this. And if I hadn't gotten sick at the worst possible moment, it probably would have been even longer, because it is an absolutely brilliant prompt. Anyway, hope it pleases! Also, thanks to my beta! Written for Illustrationpuppetdumbly for the Illustrationdwsanta fic exchange.
Word Count: 4116

This, Rory thought, was not his best idea ever. He swallowed a curse as he tripped over a tree root again. Pre-dawn light, while a great deal better for visibility than pitch-black darkness, was not very useful for avoiding tree roots. Especially when everything was coloured that washed-out grey so typical of those early morning hours before the sun had quite come out. The wisps of fog curling about his feet weren't helping any either.

The flashlight he'd taken along on a whim was now worse than useless. Except maybe as something to throw. Not that there was anything to throw it at other than vegetation. The little forest at the edge of Leadworth hardly deserved the name. Rory doubted there was anything  more threatening than a squirrel in it. At least, there hadn't been.

Rory winced as he stepped on a twig. So much for stealth. Then he wondered why stealth was even important. Not lik...

Warnings: bit of language, minimum amount of violence and Sue

A/N: Thanks to my beta, Illustrationaeryes for badgering me into finishing and, of course, betaing.

Summary: Written for Illustrationkerrykhat for the Illustrationxover_exchange . The Cleveland Hellmouth has gone missing. What's up with that?

It all began with a rather strange event.

"What do you mean the Hellmouth isn't here anymore?!"

***

Working undercover sucked. Working undercover as a substitute teacher in Lima-middle-of-nowhere, Ohio sucked even more. But working undercover as a football coach won first prize in suckage. Buffy sighed as she made her way down the halls of McKinley High. Just when she'd thought she was done with all things high school, something happened to drag her back in. In this case, it was the Hellmouth going AWOL. It had taken them weeks to track it to Lima, Ohio of all places.

"Someone, somewhere must really hate me," Buffy grumbled to herself.

A/N: Getting sick when you have to write on a deadline is not fun. Thanks to my beta Illustrationaeryes
Summary: Wrtitten for Illustrationcasatthedisco  for the Illustrationxover_exchange . Meetings with the Doctor are rarely simple. Of course, if you're unlucky, they're rarely in the proper order either.

"Why do haunted houses have to be so creepy every time?"

"It goes with the territory, Dean. They're haunted. They're supposed to be creepy."

"Whatever, man. Just once, I'd like to do a salt and burn someplace nice, you know? Somewhere the floorboards aren't threatening to crumble under your gigantic feet."

And really, this whole thing was almost worth it just for Sam's bitch face. But this house was creepy. Sometimes it seemed like the grander the houses were, the creepier they were. Sometimes, the grander they were, the gaudier they were as well. Honestly, who thought all ...

Title: Touch
Rating: Adult
Characters/Pairing: Ten/Jack/Martha
Disclaimer: I do not own Doctor Who. Written for fun, not profit.
Summary: The TARDIS was full of walking wounded.
A/N: Written for Illustrationsizeofthatthing. Prompt was: post YTNW comfort sex/Sexual movements/Physical responses. I really need to get back to all those longer fic ideas I have.

The TARDIS was full of walking wounded. Martha silently observed the Doctor and Jack in their strange dance of repairing the TARDIS' console after all of the damage of that hellish year. Every time they inadvertently brushed against one another they would flinch. The movement itself was almost unnoticeable, but every time it happened, a shock of fear flickered over their expressions. They would then cast each other an apologetic glance and deliberately touch. The touch was always small, but comforting.

To Martha it was heartbreaking. They were trying so hard to adjust again - to be rid of that Year and all that had happened, but to Martha those motions just confirmed what she'd started to suspect after the initial chaos was over. She hadn't the courage to ask her family (she was sure they'd know, the Valiant didn't have many secrets and sound carried far too well on the ship), but the Doctor's and Jack's shattered expressions when they thought she wasn't looking were more than enough.

The TARDIS lights flickered, then steadied. The Doctor gave a small laugh of relief and jumped up from his seat under the console. His hair was unkempt, shirt, tie and face smudged with oil and dirt and glasses askew, but he looked far happier than she'd ever seen h...

Title: Rum, Sodomy and a Regrettable Lack of Lash
Rating: PG-13
Characters/Pairing: Ten/Jack Sparrow
Disclaimer: I do not own Doctor Who. Written for fun, not profit.
Summary: The first time Captain Jack Sparrow met the Doctor was, like most encounters with the Doctor, rather unexpected and unlooked for. Written for Illustrationsizeofthatthing</lj> .
A/N: I had far too much fun writing this. But the prompt was too delicious to resist! Prompt was: Ten/Jack Sparrow. Rum, sodomy and the lash.

The first time Captain Jack Sparrow met the Doctor was, like most encounters with the Doctor, rather unexpected and unlooked for. What was more unusual, however, was how the Doctor dropped in on Jack - quite literally in this case.

Jack deeply contemplated the blue Caribbean sky overhead.

"Ow," he decided was quite a good a word as any to describe his thoughts on the matter of the person he had suddenly found lying on top of him. Not that Jack usually had problems with people lying on top of him or against him or even in him, but having someone lying on top of him after they had dropped ten feet from the sky wasn't as fun as it sounded. Though it definitely had potential to become as fun as it sounded.

The person on top of him groaned. Jack poked it. The person groaned again. It had sounded male. Jack considered for a second and then groped the possible male.

With a strangled yelp and sudden shifting of the decidedly male person's weight, Jack found himself staring into very large, very wide brown eyes attached to a very startled expression. Even his hair seemed to be surprised.

Summary: Prompt was: Ten, during his goodbyes, goes to see the Face die (from a distance), but stays longer, seeing him come back again as Jack. Somehow, Jack prevents the regeneration and goes off to travel with the Doctor. Bonus: Sex and telepathy.A/N: Written for Illustrationwintercompanion, for their 2010 Doctor/Jack fest. I'm a lazy bum, so I haven't posted this here until now :D Any comments most welcome!

It was a bad idea. A bad idea all around, but the Doctor found he couldn't bring himself to care very much. These were his last moments and this regeneration had been all about bad ideas, even though he was trying to (pitifully) correct some of them now. There simply wasn't enough time to do so, however, and besides, he was doing this more for himself than anything.

And if this regeneration had been about bad ideas, then it had also been about curiosity. This was one puzzle he couldn't bear let one of his other selves solve. He wanted it to be his discovery. One last thread to untangle from the mysterious mess his life had become.

So he gathered his strength through the pain of the radiation and his impending regeneration and set in the coordinates for a time and place where he'd already been, where there was a chance he would meet himself and muck up the timelines. Somehow the possibility didn't seem all that very important now.

Each step out of the TARDIS was a painful study in precision and sheer willpower n...

And yes, I am working on the next chapter. I just find myself distracted by everything and anything in between since I'm having trouble deciding on the POV of the chapter. As in, I know what happens, but I'm a bit iffy on the presentation of it. And I'm thinking about participating in other fannish ventures. Like Illustrationtardis_bigbang ! Am definitely signing up as an artist, but I'm still considering the writing part of the gig. On one hand, I seem to do well with deadlines, but on the other, writing that much is a little daunting. Am considering signing up for other big bangs as an artist to make up for it. This requires further pondering.

In other news, please forgive the occasional missing 'n'. Apparantly, I'm having troubles with my keyboard again.

In other, other news, Catch-22. Awesome. I recommend it to everyone.

And how wonderful is it to find people in RL who are fans like me? I felt so deprived, but now I feel all giddy and stuff. You know who you are, ladies :D

Title: Utopia Victory Celebration
Rating: R
Characters/Pairing: Martha/Jack/Ten
Disclaimer: I do not own Doctor Who. Written for fun (boy was it ever), not profit.
Summary: Written for Illustrationsizeofthatthing . Prompt was: Professor Yana never turns into the Master. The trio celebrates saving the end of the world with victory sex. Despite this, it is not all that porny.
A/N: I have ten other things I need to be doing and what do I do? Get inspired to write for a kink meme. Other fics will be worked on when I get my head looked at.

The moment the ship successfully lifts off for Utopia is one of grand exhilaration. The Doctor is whooping with laughter, jumping from console to console with wild abandon, his cheer, for once, not forced. Something has eased inside of him and he looks much more at ease. His hair is wild and his eyes are alight with joy and mischief. Since travelling with him, Martha has rarely seen him this genuinely happy. For the moment, she feels happy too, all the doubts and uncertainties put to rest for this moment of victory.

Jack is also smiling and he is also watching the Doctor, his eyes glittering with something Martha is unable to define. Had she been paying attention, she would have noticed the same look turned towards her as well.

Suddenly, she is engulfed in the scent and feel of the Doctor's hug. It has never failed to make her feel safe and protected before and now is no different. With a shriek, she is spun around, her heart soaring at the sound of the Doctor's laughter. She feels slightly bereft when he lets go, but does not begrudge Jack the same hug.

Chapter 9 - No Such Thing As Ordinary

"This is so far beyond cool that it's not even funny," Xander said upon entering the TARDIS, trailing in after everyone else. The Doctor was bounced in behind them, a gleeful expression on his face. Willow noticed Donna rolling her eyes at him. She hid a grin when Donna mouthed 'show off' behind the Doctor's back. Willow had the feeling she would have continued mouthing off the Doctor silently (or not so silently), but she got drawn into an argument with Cordelia - something Willow wasn't too keen on listening in, especially considering her fascinating surroundings.

As far as Willow was concerned, the Doctor had every right to show off. The TARDIS really was a magnificent place, beautiful in a completely alien way. Bigger on the inside too. The Doctor hadn't been kidding about that; though after seeing that thing with his pockets, it really shouldn't have come as such a big surprise.

Giles was muttering and cleaning his glasses, staring in awe around himself. Buffy was also looking around curiously, but her eyes kept darting about and she kept rubbing her arms, as though chilled. The TARDIS also creaked anytime she accidentally brushed against it. Willow ...

Part 1

He says that to her because he really believes it; he has to believe it. Otherwise, what's the point? He has to believe that what he does can make a difference, that the universe is a beautiful and terrible place. Wonders to fill your heart and enough horrors to crush your soul. Every life is precious, because - what are the odds of it having started in the first place? The universe is teeming with life and that is a glorious thing.

The Old One watches him, gauges his words to a scale he can't even begin to fathom. She and her kind are an old breed, not of this universe. They came before space and time and matter and that terrifies him, just a little bit. The Time Lords had locked them from this plane of existence for ages, before the Time War left a way in for them and then it had been as though they had always been here. And now, the only remnant left is staring at him, wondering if it is worth the trouble to keep on living. He wants to shout at her that yes, yes it is but he can't quite bring himself to do it. She's dangerous and he knows that if she wanted to, she could reclaim her power and conquer the universe -  easily done since she is so close to the heart of the TARDIS. But he is also tired of killing and has already committed genocide once again today, even if they had already been dead for millennia. He can give her this chance, surely?

Very well, Time Lord, Illyria states imperiously, her grief already concealed behind a cold mask, To live is to be victorious against your foes. But I wish to see the defeat of the Wolf, Ram and Hart.

This, he had not expected. But he takes them to see the ruins of the last battle at the Hyperion hotel anyway, because he knows that sometimes, closure is needed.

The area is crumbling heap of rubble and corpses. All is quiet. He brought them to a time when the battle still hasn't

Chapter 8 - The Highest Bidder

This whole experience was getting more and more unpleasant by the minute, Donna fumed. The sun was just beginning to set, leaving the darkened hall of the mansion even chillier than before. She'd been here for hours and her hands and feet had long since gone numb from being tied down. There was still no sign of the Doctor, but she refused to believe he wouldn't come for her. He was probably just having trouble tracking her down, not that that was a comforting thought. Still, she couldn't keep a small smile off her face when she remembered the absolute hissy fit he'd thrown when he realized his sonic screwdriver didn't function all that well on top of the Hellmouth the first time they'd...

Chapter 7 - Philosophical ponderings

Willow only looked up from her typing when Giles let out another muttered curse. It wasn't really like him to swear so much, no matter how quietly he did it. Xander and Cordelia paid him no attention, but were unusually engrossed in one of Giles' books, presumably researching. She glanced towards Oz, who merely gave a shrug in return. So he'd noticed too.

She watched silently as Oz turned back to inspecting the Doctor's belongings. They were all supposed to be looking for whatever happened to Donna Noble, but they didn't have much to go on, so it was more of a random search through the books. Giles was still rather annoyed that the Doctor had left all of his books strewn about the table willy nilly. Not to mention the table was still littered with the contents of his pockets. From all that he had left behind in his frantic exit to look for Donna, Willow thought that the thin leather wallet Oz was so fascinated with was the least interesting. Personally, she was itching to take a look at some of the gadgets, but had so far managed to restrain herself. She could get a look o...

Chapter 6 - A Slayer and a Time Lord walk into a bar...

Willy tried not to cringe as one of his customers slammed their glass down on their table. His bar was full, unusually so considering that sunset was still a few hours away, but there was a strange tension in the air that had everybody jittery, especially him. And for once, instead of everybody going into their boltholes, the tension had them all huddling together on neutral territory. Not that you'd ever get the various demons to admit it.

And people kept talking and whispering about something big on the way. Although what it was exactly, nobody knew. The rumours flying about were enough to give anyone pause and Willy had the sinking feeling that these rumours would inevitably bring unwanted company to his place in the form of an irate Slayer. He only hoped that the repair costs wouldn’t be too high. It helped a little that he knew someone in the construction business who could give him a discount. Constantly repairing the bar was hell on his budget.

Loud voices brought him out of his musings and he stared at the table of arguing demons and vampires in trepidation. He didn't need a brawl starting. Thankfully, after a bit more posturing, they ...

Title: Encounters in the Fourth Dimension (5/?)
Rating: PG-13
Characters: the Doctor, Donna, the Scoobies
Disclaimer: I don't own Doctor Who or BtVS. Written for fun, not profit.
Summary: When the Scoobies meet a rather odd pair, they discover that time does not necessarily have to follow a strict progression of cause and effect.
A/N: This chapter probably should have been part of the previous one. Oh well. You'd think I'd have more time to write with all the student protests going on. It  also references a previous story of mine, Delays and Directions, but you don't need to read it to figure out what's going on. You only need to know that Donna and Spike had a short encounter in 19th century London.
Anyway, enjoy the chapter :) Any and all comments and/or suggestions are most welcome!

Chapter 5 – Tête-à-tête

The first thing that Donna noticed upon waking (the second bloody time!) was the acrid stench of cigarette smoke. She wrinkled her nose and inadvertently gasped. She choked on the smoke and started coughing.

"Good, you're finally up," the familiar accent made her head shoot up. She couldn't help but gape at the wheelchair bound figure in front of her. What was he doing here? Unless…

"Oh great, just what I needed. You." she rolled her eyes and tried to look bored, although Donna was pretty sure he could still smell her fear and her rapid heartbeats. Spike's eyes flashed with annoyance as he took another drag of his cigarette. Donna couldn't help but wrinkle her nose at the smell. Ever since the ATMOS situation on Earth, she had taken a particular dislike to any and all smoke. Just seeing it made her think of ...

Chapter 4 - Private Tea Party

It probably should have worried Donna that her first thought upon regaining consciousness was 'I am going to bloody kill that Martian!' instead of something sensible like 'Where am I?' or 'Did anyone get the license plate on the truck that hit me?' Not that anyone had ever accused her of being sensible and she supposed that nobody ever would now that she had run off to travel with an alien. Speaking of the bloody alien…She looked around. The fact that she was alone was only slightly reassuring. The fact that she had been kidnapped right under the Doctor's nose, was alone and tied to a bloody chair wasn't. And the exposed feeling of being stuck in the middle of some dark, dank, stone hall wasn't sitting well with her either.

At least she couldn’t say that she didn’t have a lot of practical experience with kidnapping (and really, did she have victim scrawled across her forehead or something?). It seemed to be part and parcel of travelling with the Doctor. It just wasn't bloody fair that half the time he was the one who had to rescue her. Though there was that rather memorable time in old London…And if she had...

A/N: The plot thickens. Sort of. Mostly at the end. Somehow I managed to make this larger than the two previous chapters combined. Which will hopefully make up a bit for the lateness of this chapter. As always, any comments or suggestions are most welcome. Enjoy :)

Chapter 3 – Portents, with a side of fashion

Morning broke over Sunnydale much as it always did. The various night denizens crawled back into their hiding places to avoid the sun while the (mostly) oblivious human residents woke up and started their day after a good, long, well-deserved rest. Everyone, that is, unless you were one Rupert Giles, whose workplace had been invaded the night before by self-proclaimed time-travellers who insisted that they had met you before, but you hadn't met them and sorry, no, can't tell you more or we'll risk ripping apart the universe and you wouldn't happen to have a cup of tea, would you? Brilliant, milk and two sugars, there's a good chap. It was enough to give anyone a headache, even if you were lucky enough to go to bed at a reasonable hour (which he wasn't).

As the early morning sunlight fell on his eyes, Giles groaned and sat upright on the couch in his office. He looked around in mild confusion. He was quite certain that his last moment of consciousness had in fact been when he was slumped over at his d...
