What's a 20 Minute Challenge, you ask? These have been around for a while now. You take 20 minutes, the topic and/or character that you're given, and you write.

At the end of 20 minutes you stop.

You've got 20 minutes to write a BtVS/AtS crossover that involves one of the greatest of all DC Comics cities. Your crossover can be with Smallville, Superman, or any other DC creation. However the story itself must take place IN METROPOLIS.
