I would prefer it being Alfred - America, but could be Arthur - England, Ludwig - Germany or Francis - France.

This can be form a number of things.
- Xander is {America's} reincarnation - has connection to country and memories returned after incident with Temple and evil Willow.
- Xander dresses up as {America} for Halloween and Ethan's spell ends up being {for Xander} permanent.
- Could also be a mix between the two - i.e is America's reincarnation and unknowingly ...
