Explainer:
Buffy & Co. have had a bad/weird incident with the demon Sweet from "Once More With Feeling", so any musical numbers tend to freak them out. So what if they should bump into a group/person who just can't help but burst into song at random?

Must haves:
The singer/performer must at one point say "Just because I burst into song doesn't make me a demon."

Other than that, I'm not picky. This could work with any musical tv show or movie, but for some reason, Glee just naturally comes to mind. (Or High School Musical.) I can see Rachel Berry saying it, but...
