Rules for Challenges

Author Sulien

Buffy stumbles into the middle of a crime syndicate hit. Thankfully, she saves at least one would-be victim. The down side? Now she's in WITSEC! A sub-title for this challenge could definitely be: "Cool! A new way to make Buffy's life miserable!" And, remember, even though Willow can pop magically without a trace, Buffy will still be cut off from the rest of the Scoobies, Dawn and other Slayers (this is post "Chosen").

Things I'd like to see:

- Buffy actually does her best to integrate. But, of course, there will be occasional slayage.

- The Albuquerque Marsha...

Crossover with the novel "Vampire of the Mists" by Christie Golden, the first in the Ravenloft series of books from TSR.

Set after Faith disappears from the rooftop after the battle with the hit men in the Angel the series episode "Sanctuary". Faith goes for a long walk on the beach to think about the things Angel has told her and the things that she and Buffy said to each other. A thick fog rolls in and when Faith walks out of the fog, she finds herself in Barovia, where she meets the Elven vampire, Jandar Sunstar.

The story can be any length. I would love to see any on...

Crossover with "Medium".

Ariel Dubois is a bright young 14 year old who has a lot on her mind of late. It seems she has inherited her Mother's prophetic dreams and the ability to see the dead. She's having enough trouble dealing with this, when something else drops onto her shoulders, namely being a potential Slayer who is activated due to the effects of Willow's spell at the end of "Chosen". Her Mom, Alison Dubois, was freaked enough to discover that Ariel has her "gift", how on Earth is Ariel supposed to explain her newly gained strength and heightened senses? What exactly is ha...

This idea is for a BtVS/HP crossover, set just after the season six episode "Grave" for Buffy, and just after the events of Prisoner of Azkaban for Harry Potter.

Willow is having trouble controlling her magic, and her emotions are still very raw with grief. She is in Giles' garden, singing a song softly to herself, and accidentally conjures forth a very rare, mystical flower with a truly mesmerizing scent. A soft breeze carries the scent of these flowers to Sirius Black, who is wandering nearby in the form of Padfoot and recognizes it as something he and his friends once encountered...

A "GI Jane" crossover set about 5 years after season 7 of Buffy.

Master Chief John "Jack" Urgayle goes home to family in Cleveland on medical leave for a month or so after the events that took place in "GI Jane" (his knee is still in the brace). Despite his favorite quote from D.H. Lawrence, he is feeling just a tad sorry for himself (beating himself up over the SERE training incident). While out strolling one evening for some alone time to think, he is attacked by two vampires and rescued by one of the Slayers (it can be Buffy, Faith or even an OFC). It looks like the Master Chief ha...

This challenge may have been posed before, but since I’m not about to read through over 1500 challenges to find out, I’m posting this one. It is for a crossover with the Witchblade TV series.

Joyce gets a package with no return address in the mail at her gallery. Inside is a beautiful silver bracelet with a large, green stone set in the center. When Buffy comes in to meet her Mom for lunch and tries on the bracelet, she can’t get it off.

What I’d like to see:

- Beginning early in season 5, before Buffy’s first encounter with Glory.

What I don’...

Perhaps this has been done before (if so, please forgive the overlap), but I haven't seen it so I'm posting the challenge here.

It was said that the line of Lúthien would never fail. What if all of the Slayers are of her line? Now, suppose one of the Maiar who served Morgoth and repented after the War of Wrath decides after all these millennia that he or she wants to return to Middle Earth, enslave the Second Born, and rule as a God? Perhaps he or she persuades a few fellow Maiar to come along as well?

For purposes of this challenge, pretend Tolkien never wrote his storie...
