Buffy runs to San Fran after helping Lily in 'Anne'.

Phoebe gets a vision saying Buffy is one of the Charmed One's daughter.
Prue is still alive but Paige is also there.
MUST have some Xander bashing because of his lie nd i just don't like him.
Buffy has all the Charmed Ones' powers and some of her own.(optional)
Buffy is the last Charmed One and it is her that keeps the balance between demons and humans correct and because of this she immortal.
preferablely Buffy/Angel or Angel/Buffy/Spike
She goes back to Sunnydale as part of a school exchange and helps with the mayor's ascension.
