| Description | Where are the Buffy/Cabin in the Woods crossovers? I can't be the only one who realized this amazing Joss Whedon/Drew Goddard film would fit smackdab right into the Buffyverse. SPOILER ALERT!!!!!! Notice that Vampires were on the whiteboard but not shown in the carnage. Because they would be recognizably Buffy-style vamps, of course. Okay, so the Apocalypse finally arrives. Dana and Marty do their thing, fail to die in the right order, and the ancient gods, Old ones, are released. Buffy has to clean up their mess. It would be interesting if due to being in the middle of things Dana and Marty got some kind of superpowers (or they might have already had them without knowing, to be able to survive what they went through), and ended up as the ancient gods' pets and lieutenants. The slayers have to defeat them. Someone was sabotaging all the rituals, tampering with Marty's weed and so forth. Someone wanted the ancient gods to escape. Maybe this was a branch of Wolfram and Hart and the Senior Partners decided it was time, but didn't tell the director. Maybe Buffy and the good guys infiltrated them. Maybe there's a third party. Somehow it all fits together. And somehow Buffy saves the world again. |
