Buffy/Captain America crossover

Timeline: Preferably Season 2 or 3 of Buffy, but I keep having thoughts of an army of teeny bopper slayers taking down Chitauri after being interrupted in their shopping.

What if Steve Rogers and Peggy Carter had a night together before he was frozen in ice and Peggy got pregnant but no one knew it?

-When Steve is found, is Peggy still alive to tell him that he has a family? Or does Fury find out and keep it from him?
-Where does she hide her baby/babies?
-Does she give them up for adoption or does she retire and go into hiding?

I would prefer if it was Xander who was related to Steve but I'm leaving it open for the author's decision. No character bashing please!
