Conditions: Xander must dress as 41st century Superman Willow must dress as a genetically stable Dani Phantom Buffy must dress as Wonder Woman Angel must dress as Batman Angel mus become human except he will have the ability's of a vampire with out the weaknesses The Watchtower must be created thanks to the spell A Teleporter must be created inside the library or Buffy's Home The stolen tech that spread throughout the world will record any new powers that show up and give them to other people throughout the world (A.K.A. Danny Phantom style Ghost powers) Options: Warren dressing as Lex Luthor Can not have: Male on male relationships. |
