Review of chapter "To Dust" from ShyBob
Review:
I enjoyed this well-written little story. The flow is smooth and the characterizations, even when brief, are accurate. I particularly enjoyed Empowered!Dawn.

Review of chapter "To Dust" from Scrappychic
Review:
Great story. I really liked Dawn being nearly incapable of coherent speech when Teal'c walked into the room. And Teal'c sitting by her bedside when she woke up... maybe her crush isn't completely one sided after all. I'd love to see more in this verse if you ever get the time and inclination.

Congratulations on the 2007 COA nomination.

Wonderful Dawn and excellent Faith as well.

The dialog really supports the character voices well.

Review of chapter "To Dust" from LadyNandae
Review:
Faith spills her coffee on her shirt. I choke water on my keyboard. I guess there's a balance there somewhere.

Seriously , I loved the story. I have read a bunch of your work and while I don't always remember to comment I have truley enjoyed them all. Incedintally enough this is the first stargate story using the golum that didn't take place in atlantis. I love your originallity and life really is like the hellmouth for her no matter what.

26 years old and still a spaz with boys. I am the same way almost 21 and I still look like a teenager when interacting with hot guys.

Awesome! I loved the Faith/Dawn interaction and the Jack/Daniel interaction. I loved even more Dawn's crush on the SGC's resident alien with biceps as big as Dawn's head. I would love it if this turned into a series. Thanks for sharing.

Review of chapter "To Dust" from ScreamingFlamingos
Review:
Does it have to be the end??? It was wonderful! I absolutely loved it! Before your fic, a Dawn/Teal'c pairing had never crossed my mind, but now, I'm all for it! I loved the part where Dawn thinks about all the languages she knows, but yet when Teal'c is in the room, she suddenly becomes non-verbal! :-) Made me giggle, because who hasn't been there! And I liked the part with the golem, because it was interesting. So, yeah, if your muse is looking for a challenge (and you have time to write), how about a follow-up fic where we see Faith and Dawn Off-World with SG-1 -- including some nice Teal'c/Dawn moments, some geeky Dawn & Daniel moments, and some funny joking around Faith & Jack moments!!! But I'll understand if you don't have time/don't want to do a follow-up. Life is busy. So no pressure or anything! :-)
Comments from author:
Yes, sadly, it does all have to end sometime.

The Dawn/Teal'c thing came to me when I was thinking about who Dawn would mac on. Can't be Jack, he's like Buffy. Can't be Daniel, he's like Willow+Giles. That leaves Teal'c, who's so different from anyone in the Scoobies.

The golem... I had that idea years ago for a fic I'll never write. It's part of my "let's imagine other cultures that we haven't yet seen on SG1", which includes Judaism. It's one of the oldest cultures on Earth, and I suspect the reason it hasn't been touched on the show was that it's still around. Easy to slander the Ancient Egyptian gods; they're all gone. Dealing with issues in a living religion are a bit more complicated.

I don't think I'll get around to a follow-up, but you never know :)

Worth continuing. Ancient Hebrew stuff on another planet. That's kinda cool. We know many branches of Jewish culture are lost due to which side won wars or what lasted through a bablyonian attack. So cool if you wanna go further with this.
