I liked this fic. And I wouldn't be opposed to reading more chapters of it should the notion move you to write them. Thanks for posting what there is though. You did a really good job of capturing the voice of everybody, and that's not an easy thing. So I hope there'll be more.

Spike's dialogue doesn't feel anything at all like Spike. Other than that, he seems to be decently in-character, though the story is really too short to tell for sure. Doors and possibilities are opened, however, which was the whole point. That makes it a decent story for its purpose.

Excellent! I love it! I love Serenity and I love Spike. (next to Buffy centric he is probably my favorite)
I loved this line! It made me laugh. Some other parts did too but I think it was the best part. I could just imagine Simmons face and Kaylee would probably appreciate it as he hasn't been the most responsive guy to her flirting with him. Thank you I really enjoyed this.
