Review of chapter "Chapter Five" from JasonBarnett
Review:
To big a change at the end. You've given us no reason to believe the backstory and consequences of season 6 were changed, so you essentially destroyed the world by leaving Buffy without means to destroy the First forces, and ensured a lot of people in LA will be killed.
While I don't mind changes I like AUs to be advertised or otherwise for fics just to blends into the canonverse, a sort of untold tale.
This comes off as in the style of Marvel Comics' What if?s and in particular the more unsatisfying ones where one change results in the death of 90% of their superheroes

Looking forward to Angel's reaction when he finds out how his child has been treating Buffy, and he realizes that Stephen/Connor is truly Angelus' child.
Also looking forward to Xander feeding Stephen/Connor's testicles into a meat grinder (while they're still attached, of course) and then feeding them to him with the help of a ballpeen hammer.
Also looking forward to Angel's reaction when he sees Xander looking to take his child down hard and fast and with extreme prejudice.
Good work, man, and I hope we see more of this one soon.

Review of chapter "Chapter Four" from JasonBarnett
Review:
As Connor has never fought a Slayer how would he know how to properly restrain Buffy. ANd you are aware that you've now set him up so that only a slow painful death is a way to get a decent end from this. Finally what's the point of givng Xander a disease that apparently can't be cured by anyone around and then setting such stringent rules for it. It feels like artificial drama.
