Review of chapter "Everything (Willow/Tommy Oliver)" from Harry
Review:
Red, as the Pink Ranger? Interesting, to say the least. Now, lets see them in action.

Review of chapter "Scissoring (Satsu/Hajime Ichinose)" from Meneldur
Review:
Well, not much to say about these. I really enjoyed 'Penalty Box' - it was a very refreshing take on waking up in Vegas, and Kennedy was perfect for it. (I especially loved 'She'd gotten back on the horse. The horse was with her. Woot!') Satsu and Cassie made for a great trio with her. Absolutely fantastic oneshot.
As for Scissoring, no idea. I mean, I don't know the fandom. It was mostly a one-joke kind of fic, I guess, building up to that last word? Don't get me wrong, it was an absolutely hilarious joke, and I liked the Glee reference. But othwer than that, not much to say, as I wrote above.
Comments from author:
I'm really hoping that Gatchaman Crowds gets dubbed and released into the Western world. You've got a pansexual female protagonist, a crossdressing male ally, one of the other G-Crew members is a very effeminate gay man, and the whole series has a theme of "don't accept what people tell you, examine things from every perspective and form your opinion".

Review of chapter "Penalty Box (Kennedy/Satsu/Cassie Lang)" from Selonianth
Review:
Batman (DC) in a marvel fic? Nuuuu...

Edit: That is both complicated and simple as hell.
Comments from author:
Actually, it works in one direction but not the other. While Buffy references DC and Marvel comics, DC exists in Marvel (and Marvel exists in Marvel) while neither is true of DC.

EDIT: It's sorta this weird fourth wall thing in Marvel; comics about them exist and She-Hulk has read her own comic at a few points. And then Peter's made Bruce Wayne jokes about Tony Stark, so we know DC exists. Meanwhile, DC has never made a Marvel comics reference that Lexi's aware of nor do they have the DC-in-DC thing. So given that Buffy references DC *and* Marvel comics, Buffy/Marvel is the only logical crossover and Cassie Lang can logically own Batpanties whereas I'd be hard pressed to explain Kate Kane owning anything Marvel-based.

Review of chapter "Penalty Box (Kennedy/Satsu/Cassie Lang)" from Harry
Review:
Kennedy, I KNOW you like to play around, but a threesome? And one of them related to a guy who used to use the Ant Man gear? Just WHAT have you gotten yourself into Kennedy?
Comments from author:
She's gotten into Satsu. And Cassie. And both at once. ;)

Review of chapter "Penalty Box (Kennedy/Satsu/Cassie Lang)" from Judedeath
Review:
I've really liked most of the stories you've put up this month and this story is more of the same. I do want to take this chance to say thank you for introducing me to the Young Avengers I've really enjoyed all I've read with the characters.

Thanks for the stories .
Comments from author:
I figure that TtH and its crossovers introduced me to some things I'd never read or watched, so why not try and do the same for others? :)

Review of chapter "Once a Ranger… (Faith/Kira Ford)" from QueenCA
Review:
Interesting~ Love the idea of this one. And 2 rangers of the same color (pink) there? Nice~

So... Vida takes Xander's spot, Syd takes Bridge's spot (what happened with him?), Faith takes Adam's place, but Kira and Tori are still there...ok. Though I'm wondering about the comment about Dawn from Syd. But nice team! :)

That's going to be fun to explain...good luck to Faith. But I liked how you brought the girls in and the meeting between 'teams'.

Keep up the good work!
Comments from author:
Does Bridge really strike you as the leadership type? I always maintained that they should have kept him as Blue or Green but probably felt they "needed" a Red for the team even if Adam was in command.

Review of chapter "Leech (Dawn/Rogue)" from QueenCA
Review:
Honestly? I really like this one. And yes, part of it is the Scott/Dawn (father/daughter or brother/sister), because Hank apparently can't be bothered. And then...well, it's Rogue. Yup.

I'll admit...very nice plan...and an...interesting way for Scott (and Logan) to find out. :3 ;)

Keep up the good work!

(*Is it too much to ask about the possibility of a Buffy (or another BTVS female (Faith, maybe?)) and Kurt one? Not related to this, but I'd thought I'd mention it...but you're an amazing writer! :D *)
Comments from author:
Not sure. I'm kinda a fan of Kurt and Wanda when I'm not doing Wanda/Pietro. TJ is adorable...

Review of chapter "Keshet Be'anan (Willow/Karolina Dean)" from laoshi
Review:
I do enjoy a good YAHF premise and I haven't seen this one before.

The girldate mandate thing was really funny. I can just imagine Xander tuning into a conversation in History class with the teacher talking about mandates and him getting the wrong end of the stick.

Are you sure it was Willow's shoulder Buffy was staring at? Maybe Buffy could learn something knew about herself as well. And I don't think you've written Willow/Buffy before.

Also Majesdaaaaamnian is hilarious.
Comments from author:
It was more Buffy staring off into space. I really resent the "HEY LOOK, QUEERS, WE'RE STILL RELEVANT!!!" shit they pulled with Buffy in S8 when they sidelined Willow and Kennedy, so I don't tend to do much with a lesbian/bisexual/pansexual Buffy. I might do something with the two of them soon, though...

"So, Arnold, now that you've been reelected, do you have a mandate?"

"No no no, Jay, I am with Maria."

Review of chapter "Keshet Be'anan (Willow/Karolina Dean)" from Meneldur
Review:
So, as I said already, this was brilliant. It's more than just the idea of Willow being a Majesdanian. It's everything in it - Xander's perfectly in character reaction, both highly supportive and typical boy, Buffy being clueless about it all, and just the camaraderie that these three always have, along with the humor each manages to inject. You know the rest of my thoughts on it, and I will be wanting that sequel. Anyway, great work, you make challenges worth it.
Comments from author:
I just need to figure out where to go with it. :)

Review of chapter "Keshet Be'anan (Willow/Karolina Dean)" from jormunguard
Review:
Interesting start. Its nice to see a YAHF that doesn't star Xander, there's really not enough of them out there.
Comments from author:
I've been dredging the Challenges page to try and find stuff to do for Fic-a-Day. Whether or not I continue it depends on whether or not I think of something good to do for a second chapter.

Review of chapter "Keshet Be'anan (Willow/Karolina Dean)" from Harry
Review:
Sounds interesting. I look forward to seeing how this relates to Joe Hundreds story about Dawn and the Marvel Universe.
Comments from author:
It doesn't really, except for the fact that both feature a Buffy character as a Majesdanian.
