Honestly, I clicked on this story primarily because of the Weird Al connection to the title. (*singing* "You will never achieve true happiness; what you gonna do, cry about it?") And hey - the wackiness I hoped for was fully realized within. It's completely mad, but this is a lot of fun. Thanks for sharing.

Uh, since when did pelicans eat pigeons? I mean, if Harry the Pigeon was mauled to death by Prof. McGonagall's animagus form giving into her cat instincts, that might make some sort of sense, but (as far as I know) pelicans don't eat pigeons, just fish. =] Still made me giggle though.
We were joking that NYC needs a few of them, then someone said something about not being a pigeon animagus in London... and voila!
