Unlikely. As far as I can tell, there are two possibilities for the Six in Baltar's head:
1 - She is an Angel of the Lord sent to guide Baltar. In this case, she could not be Faith, as Faith is a human.
2 - She is a manifestation of Baltar's psychosis. In this case, she would also not be Faith.

I think it is a crossover. And an excellent one at that. Now you've got me wondering if any of the other Colonials once were Scoobies and which ones they were. I can see Adama as either Giles or Angle what with all the brooding and all. Lol!

It's possible. Adama could be a reincarnation of a former Scoobie. Anyone could, actually; the current life need not bear any resemblence to the previous one; Giles could have been reincarnated as Adama, but he also could have been reincarnated as President Roslin, for that matter. If I had to pick one, though, I'd pick Tom Zarek. The Scoobies' reincarnations might have been killed on the colonies, or they might very well be nobodies - random people in the background. Or they could have been reincarnated on Earth. If the subject interests you, I encourage you to write a fic about it. :)

If reincarnation happens, then a reincarnation of a person wouldn't necessarily be similar to their previous incarnation. There might be some commonalities, but they wouldn't remember their previous life, and the events that shaped who they were in this one would likely be totally different.
