A unique premise here, but I do feel obliged to point out that Peacebringers have inherent flight, but no access to Teleportation (Warshades do, however).

This sounds like a good start to the story and a pretty cool idea too! Although it does feel like it is moving a little quick. In one chapter you have 7 or 8 confrontations (fights / the plane / the ptbs / darla etc.) and not a real lot of "real life" stuff. maybe spending a little while doing a shopping trip where there are no fights but a little comedy, then a random fight on the way home, then a bit where buffy trys to convince her to stay with her , followed by a doe eyed xander , and then a bit about buffy trying to convince her mum( i'm auzzie so i spell it differently) and maybe letting both their secrets out to her( i alway hated how they kept her in the dark). but back to the point btvs is a angst/drama/action/comedy series so you have to add all of those element to your story to balance it out. Still very cool idea

Just a little tidbit, but Futurias wouldn't know what a normal life is. As far as she knows, catching airplanes and stopping bank robberies is just what she is supposed to do. Technically, those were her normal moments.
