Review of chapter "Hello, Good-Looking (BSG/Star Trek)" from LFW
Review:
Great use of one of the most amusing and annoying Star Trek characters. And on the thoughts of Star Trek, it makes me question the Cyclons meeting the Borg? Thanks

You realise, of course, that Six would end up one of the ones reconfigured to be Harry's wife...
Comments from author:
Taking into account exactly what sort of people that Harry and Six are, this can't be regarded as any kind of bad thing to happen to either of them.

For some reason I knew after the first few sentences that Harry Mudd will be involved. :)

I never played the game, but it sounds like it would have been better for the Cylons and the Ur-Quan to batter each other to death.

Review of chapter "The Immigrant Problem (BSG / Lensman novels)" from mendenbar
Review:
Three million years ago, I voraciously devoured the Lensman series. I still have all the books and have read them many time since. (had to replace them once as I had read all the ink off the pages and the glue out of the spine.)
I don't know why Hollywood has to screw with the classics. They totally ruined Heinlein's Starship Troopers and the Lensman series was a mistake through and through. Sigh. The animated Starship Troopers was decent.
They really were from the golden age of Science Fiction.
Comments from author:
Your guess is as good as mine - there really seems to be little or no resemblance between the anime and the original book.

Suckered by the Alices, reprogrammed by Norman, and doomed to slavishly adore and serve Harry Mudd? Oh, poor Six!

Wow its been years since I played Star Control 2. The protein molecule ships were Spaathi weren't they. I wonder what the cylons would have made of the Chmmr.
