Ahh... Excellent work Tjin ^_^ Most enjoyable. Have you considered doing a Streetfighter x BTVS crossover? Your depiction of a Bester Xander has got me thinking about a M.Bison Xander replete with Psycho Power and a drive to Attaining Power. Maybe even a Xander Influenced Doll Recruitment & Development Programme? I wonder if he would stay in the USA long term or instead seek to take over a smaller Country to start with & found a Neo Shadowloo? What do you think?

I'd class him as more a grey area bad guy. I think he did a few legitimate good deeds in the show.
But then, Molari who tended toward the bad side of deeds did a few good ones. Same with G'Kar who tended to do good ones but for his own good as well as some bad ones. And yet did a couple of legitimate good ones without expecting any reward at all.
Scary! I was glad to see the old Alexander still exerting some influence on the new one. I just hope it is enough to steer him away from true evil. I was a bit surprised that 14 people dropped in to the library though. Was it bring your child to the library day or something? I think the number of non-scoobies we saw in the library over the course of the whole series could be counted on one hand :)

I love this one. Actually, knowing Xander has included Willow and Buffy in his mental pack, he might expand his PSI-Corp mandate to include witches and potential slayers as well. He might also look into taking over the watchers council.
After Xander learns that true seers exist in that reality, one of his recruiting goals should be to find as many of them as possible. Seers may see Xander as a safe bet. WRH and WC may lead to quick deaths to various seers while watching the future of the PSI corp shows that their fellow seers are alive-well treated and doing good work. That would influence most of the smarter ones to try to make it to them for protection at the least.
Xander will have to hire anti-demon protection for his group. Some one mentioned what his reaction to Buffy and the telepathic slime. I think everyone would agree that he'd end up loving it. Buffy would be rated and taught control. She might find no reason to try getting rid of it. Xander would than think about experimenting with it.
I'm actually curious on the Dawn thing and who he'd end up with. Faith wouldn't go bad in this one. He'd easily notice that she is running/fleeing and hiding herself in a persona. He might not love her, but he'd certainly help her out far more than the original Xander did.
This Xander will think of the PSI-Corp, the Scoobies, and Slayers in general as all under his protection. Interesting times if you develop it.

Excellent continuation. Bester was one of those guys who, no matter what evil they did, always saw himself as a hero. Glad to see Alexander Bester is the same way. Not to say he is doing evil. I wonder how he will handle Buffy when she is hit with the demonic telepathic slime?

It's always a delight to see another of your stories show up, my friend, and this is definitely one of your better ones. ;-)
Alexander Bester would be a nightmare incarnate as far as Angel and the demon community is concerned, for the reasons shown in chapters two and three, and that is undoubtedly just skimming the surface of the potential he embodies.
I'd love to see more of this, or any of your other stories! ;-)
