Who's surprised. My theory, is that Santa Inc, is another branch of W & H. What better way to corrupt children's sense of right and wrong, than to create Santa; tell everyone about a naughty and nice list, which does not exist since every child receives a Christmas present, and bring on the apocalypse that much sooner. Each W & H department, is oblivious to what happens in others. It keeps them on their toes.

I'm not sure Reindeer recreational activities counts under working environment - it depends if the other Reindeer called him names on the clock or not. However, Wolfram and Hart representing a wannabee dentist makes perfect sense :)
