But there is definitely something off about the second one. I hadn't noticed the left leg, on which another reviewer commented. But I did notice the right leg. Buffy's right leg is just as big as Jack's right leg, which cannot be explained by perspective alone. In fact, everything about Buffy seems to be too big. Isn't she supposed to look smaller than Jack?

I think you should leave it the way it is. It has a kind of drawing-feel to it, so it's a bit different to what you usually do.

I agree. The My Imortal Prototype is definitely the better fanart piece and thank you for uploading it. I love it. The only thing I notice that's "off" is something a little wonky with Buffy's leg behind Jack's head. The calf and the ankle pieces don't seem to match right. almost like she had to bend her leg in the middle of her calf to get it wrapped around his neck. (But, then again, maybe she's just talented like that. *grin*) Honestly though, If you hadn't mentioned that you felt something was off, I never would have noticed it. As it was, because of what you said, I was *looking* for something to be off and that's the only thing I noticed.

I highly reccomend Doctor Who, it's an amazing show... though the character depicted here, and used in the fic reccomended, is Captain Jack Harkness... one of The Doctor's companions for a short while and star of the Torchwood TV show...

Torchwood is based in the Doctor Who universe but is targeted solely at adults, while Doctor Who has a younger audience. That way Torchwood can get away with a whole lot more adult material, including extreme innuendo and one of the hottest kisses i have ever seen on TV, and it was between Jack (the bloke in the picture) and James Marsters (Spike, but playing a different character)

Seriously, check both shows out, but get Torchwood if you can. It's an amazing show and the last series, The children of Earth, was so dark and creepy it actually got newspapers in the UK printing front page stuff about it...

Anyway, this is one of those rare times when I'm not taking your recommendation. Oddly enough while I loved BtVS as a show, I actually hate Buffy as a character, and the idea of pairing her with Jack squicks me to no end.

However, I had to comment because your art here is breathtaking. That's just a beautiful picture. Fabulous, fabulous job. Plus, you know, it always makes me giggle when anybody makes that particular grammar switch, because I picture a fishhook dangling out of their mouth with a worm on it...

Fantastic composition and really like the washout effect you used. Their expressions really go well together.

An excellent pic for a VERY interesting story; as you said yourself, it might be short, but the use of Cordelia alone gives it some VERY interesting plot potential...

Loved the latest addition...by the way Sevangel is back and writing focus seems to be on the longer story in her Dawn's NCIS series "Twilight"...as usual the story is well thought out and wonderfully plotted! I would love to recommend it for some fan art!

Great! I love this fic, and I think the fan art turned out great. It looks good, and I imagine it was maybe a bit difficult to plan, with nothing obvious like two characters to put together, the way there are in many crossovers.
