Can't say I've seen that skittles ad though :/ Where'd the candy come in? :)

The ad starts with a guy holding a rabbit offering to trade the bunny for a bag of skittles. The guy with the skittles wants to know why the rabbit would be worth the rainbow (meaning the skittles). The rabbit starts to sing - very badly. The trade takes place - bag of skittles for singing bunny. The commercial ends with the guy who took the bunny holding the singing bunny while standing in the rain, looking in through a big window at the now-happy guy holding a bag of skittles. The bunny is then shown hopping away into trees.

Moral of the (very weird) commercial - it is better to have & eat skittles than to have a weird opera-singing rabbit. Skittles - taste the rainbow.

Personally, I think whoever designed the commercial was either taking drugs or has a very, very weird mind.
