Review of chapter "Free At Last!" from DieselDriver
Scary thought, a slayer vampire. I was prepared not to like this story because I don't like the premise. But you made it work. Talent and skill with words made it work and I'm looking forward to reading the sequels.

Thanks for taking a tough idea and writing such a good story
and thanks for sharing it with us.

Review of chapter "Free At Last!" from maxthehobbit
I avoided reading this because I imagined it would be a Buffy/Angel thing and I really have a dislike of Angel, anything Angel. I was surprised that it was a good story about what would happen if a slayer was turned, at least so far.
Good Story.

Review of chapter "Free At Last!" from BuffyKaibaHunt
Wow. Very brilliant! :) I like it. Very well-written, too.

“But I shouldn’t have attacked you in the first place! You … you don't know how hard it is, not killing, not feeding. I have to control myself every second, every microsecond. I’m afraid that one little slip, one moment of weakness and I’ll be just like all the other vamps I’ve killed. Just like them.”

“And the thing is,” Buffy went on a few seconds later. “No one can help me. No one can get inside me and keep me from doing what I so desperately crave to do. No one.”

“Sounds like Willow was with her black magicks, or Anya’s Vengeance Demon thing, or when Oz would turn all wolfy, doesn't it?”

“Yeah, I guess it does.”

“See? Everyone has their demons inside, just dying to get out.”

“How did you get so smart?”

“I had good teachers -- my mom and my sister.”

Buffy gave Dawn a warm, sad smile and caressed her cheek.

“You know, I think maybe I can do this. It’ll be a struggle, but with all my friends, and my family with me, I think it’ll be okay.”

Awesome job!
Keep up your super-neat, very brilliant and creative writing! :)

Review of chapter "Free At Last!" from SassyFrass
Interesting. I hope we do find out who it was that vamped her. . . unless you already revealed that and I missed it.
Anyhow, are you planning on any Buffy pairings when you write the next in the series? I hope it's Spuffy. I hate Angel. He annoys me. Anyway, Good job, update the next soon.
Comments from author:
More to come in the next story, and a few answers, but I don't want to spoil anything.

Thanks for the review.

Awesom! Awesome!

Well, the poor vampire responsible is in trouble.

Now that it's dawn, er, morning, will they find out she had a snack before coming to the house? Heh :)
Comments from author:
No more Spoilers. Just have to wait and see.

Review of chapter ""We Need A Plan."" from spk
I'm definitely intrigued... Why did Angel respond "strangely subdued"? What exactly was Willow saying when she started combining languages? Can't wait to see what happens now. :)
Comments from author:
Subdued - knew B had a soul, but still a vamp.
Willow just adding more mojo.
More to come.

Nifty cliffy. I wonder if it Buffy's soul they got back or someone else's? Did Buffy being vamped Call another Slayer? And we still don't know who killed her. Still a whole lot of questions to be answered. Thank you for updating so quickly. Now do it again. Lol!
Comments from author:
Lots of questions. Hopefully some will be answered, and maybe even satisfactorily.

Review of chapter "Pig's Blood" from CPTSkip
Oooo! Bad Buffy! Not only is Buffy the Vampire Evil, but she is tricky too. Maybe she needs to be punished? Sorry, I suddenly had a Penthouse Letters moment. I am still enjoying your story and look forward to more updates to find out just what happened to Buffy.
Comments from author:
Well, you know how it is -- Evil Does as Evil Is. And right now, even though it may not (or may BE) Buffy's fault, right now she's tryig to be a BAD girl!

Review of chapter "A Visit To Willy's" from (Current Donor)Shieldage
Hey, I have to say that Buffy raising that night is the best way to handle the story. If even one full day had passed, Dawn might have been on guard. Therefore it's a good choice, and one I would make.

Giles can theorize that Buffy being a Slayer made her vampire-self raise in a few hours rather than the normal x-day limit, or maybe even pull out a book and show that it's happened before. Boom. No canon-problem, instant explanation in the sevice of the plot.

Eh, changing Angel so he doesn't know about Willy's doesn't serve the plot. Ya can keep it as is, but it's an 'eh' moment, which kinda irks me. Not going to stop me from reading the story. In the future though, ya might want to check out and excellent sites like Buffy Body Count ... Resources that might help ya cover your butt. ;)

Looking forward to the rest. :D

Reply: Hmmm, thanks and point there :)
Comments from author:
Okay. My Bad. Angel knew about Willy's. So I went back and edited Ch 1 --

Angel: “And you have no idea of who did this?”

Willow: “None. Not a clue. But somebody at Willy’s might know. I figure that whoever turned a Slayer would probably be bragging big time about it to all his vamp buddies. And I also figured that you could probably get more out of them than any of us could.”

Angel: “Okay. I’ll check out Willy’s. But if Buffy wakes up before I get back, let her stay awake. I want to talk to her.”

But as far as how long it takes to go from human to vamp, I still say there is no definitive "canon". Jesse (The Harvest) was captured at night and was turned by the time Buffy left school the next morning when she and Xander went looking for him. Maybe 12 hours, certainly less than 24.

Review of chapter "Not Such Good News" from michaelangelo
Interesting, except for a couple of flaws; as said in the post before this, it usually takes at least a night to vamp and the second if it was intentional or not Angel knows about Willie's already.
Comments from author:
I don't recall Angel ever being in Willy's, but I don't remember every scene from the first three seasons, so maybe he did. If so, then for this story just pretend Willy's opened up after Angel left Sunnydale.

Review of chapter "Not Such Good News" from CPTSkip
Very interesting start. I hope the Scoobies can get their hands on one of those soul globe thingies and resoul Buffy. Since she hasn't killed anyone yet, she shouldn't be too traumatized. Well, other than being vamped that is. But who or what did it? And how did Buffy vamp so quickly? Normally, on the show anyway, a vamp is dead for a couple of days before vamping out. I mean, she wasn't even buried, right? Oh, my. So many questions. Please write more so some of my questions will be answered.
Comments from author:
Well, maybe. How long did it take Liam (Darla) or William (Drusilla) to be turned? It didn't seem that long time to me, but since we never were told....
More to come, be assured.
