Great meeting between O'Neill & Buffy! Loved Nancy saying Buffy wasn't the boss of her. I wonder what is up with the new slayers--were they sent by Xander or Willow? & is Willow possessed by a snake or just on a power trip (like season 6)? Can't wait to find out!

Ugh. I need t0 do a better job of writing this story.

1) The UN/IOA requested a briefing from the new Council and the Council requested a briefing from Stargate Command.
2) Willow had to leave the briefing early to search for an artifact. Buffy had to leave early to support some of Riley's guys while they hunted for a demon.
3) Within days of returning to Cleveland Buffy started having The Ole' Dream of Death.
4) The Council found Willow and she returned to London. Where she concocted a potion that at first blocked the dream and allowed Buffy (and others) to rest up to 12 hours. The more the potion was used the less well it worked until Buffy was just going from waking to the dream to waking to the dream.
5) When Buffy the dream became life threatening from the lack of eating and rest, Xander called Giles about General O'Neill and the Stargate Command helping. Giles refused.
6) Giles asked Xander to take Buffy's blood and Fed-Ex it to London so Willow and the Coven could check to see if it was a spell of some kind.
7) Giles went to Cleveland.
8) Giles freaked out about Buffy's decline.
9) Over the phone Willow reported that the coven and Willow did not discover any magical cause for Buffy's condition.
10) Buffy overheard the conversation about the lack of a spell and tried to escape so she could die fighting.
11) The baby slayers of the Cleveland house found Buffy. Xander yelled at Giles if he didn't call O'Neill then he would.
12) Giles called the President, who called Hammond, who called O'Neill.
13) They transported Buffy, Giles, and three slayers as bodyguards to the SGC so that Janet could treat Buffy.
14) When Buffy's bond with the other slayers was important, Janet she asked for a total of 12 Slayers to come help Buffy.
15) Giles asked for 9 senior slayers during a call with Xander. Xander can not spare the extra senior slayers, so he sends the newest slayers. The first two will arrive shortly.
16) That night Buffy had The Dream except it had changed to a slayer dream, she was/is just too confused to figure anything out.
17) When Giles gets to Buffy's hospital Silo, he saw magic as the cause of Buffy's dream/ condition.
18) When Daniel touched Buffy, he began to remember some, very little, of his time ascended.
19) The Magic of the dream was canceled when Daniel touched Buffy.
20) Jack finds out that the snaked Kinsey is working with the NID
21) Jack finds out that the NID was the Initiative and that Kinsey had ties to the NID.

I hope this clears things up. Thank you for sticking with the story despite my bad writing.

I think O'Neill is one of my all time favorite characters. I also think that besides Willow, he is the best match for Buffy. However, I love the idea of Daniel with Buffy, too.

yay update and yay that you are getting the hang of your new computer. I get the feeling the General is very much hoping Buffy and the girls will be able to sense aliens. It would be a tremendous help for the SGC to get some slayers on team and even more so if they could sense the snakeheads. Still makes me want to write even though everything I write lately seems to suck. : ( ever since I lost my notes when my computer crashed. but maybe if you keep it up it will inspire me to write and it won't suck. : ) here is hoping.

If there is anything at all that I can do to help you get back on the writing horse, then please ask. Since I can't line edit, because of my dyslexia, I would be happy to be a prereader for you.

I also seriously doubt that anything you write "sucks." But if it does, then that is why you let other people read things and point out the flaws. You are one of my favorite writers, either Professional or Fanfiction, and I really want to know how some of your stories will end.

Finally, since I just lost all my notes, I had to reread my stories and I discovered that my notes were outdated.

wow sorry you have been having problems with your new computer. Glad you are still working on this and it didn't fall by the wayside. Darn I wanted Daniel to have a few more minutes with Buffy too. LOL still good and still looking forward to more.

Gosh, I want B/D to have more screen so much! But you know how it is when other characters decide to take over for a story for little bit. I know you have experienced a temporary hijacking by other characters. I just have to ride through it because almost always, the other characters have something important to say.
