A long long time ago (around 5-7 years) in a house far far away (20 miles or so), I fell in love with the Honor Harrington series. It eventually occur to me to look for fan fiction of it. I found nothing worthwhile.
While short, this feels like a very nice start.

Hey Wiz, you should really continue this one. I loved it. Was always a big fan of the Honor series. Would love to see what your dark devious mind could come up with. :P

Thanks, I appreciate hearing your opinions about my work.
I've started working on a follow-up to this story, but work, having to do a lot of travel for my job and Real Life trying to kick me in the stones for the past month and a half has prevented me from getting ANY writing done at all. ;-(
Hopefully, things will lighten up soon, and I can get back to my writing.
This was a wonderful story. My favorite character from Buffy dropped into one of the worlds created by my favorite author. I have only recently discovered fanfiction (and actually had to register for this website in order to add this review), but this is a wonderful story. It is also a delicious premise and I am hopeful that you will someday be able to add some sort of sequel. If not, I just wanted to thank you anyway for what's already there.

Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for reviewing.
I do have some ideas about how to follow this up, but I just have to find the time to write it.

I've got the basic plot worked out to follow up on this, so it's just a matter of finding the time to start writing it.
As I noted in the story, there's a prophecy involved, and I''ll give you a hint about it:
"...the Horned Abomination, Herald of Darkness and Vanguard of the Demon Horde, shall appear and attack the Mother of the Sword, and the Paladin shall shield her with his own body, that the Destroyer might vanquish the fiend...
"Torn from his home and tossed asunder through the Void, the Brother of the Sword shall labor greatly in his quest for wisdom and knowledge, that his loved ones be delivered from the Leviathan..."
There's a lot more besides that and, hopefully, you'll be seeing it in the near future.

really good but sort of short, i just read the first nine books of HH and thought to re read this in a better frame of mind. you might want to write another one or a different one with Xander in the HH verse. I liked it a lot.

Thanks for reviewing. I do intend to follow this up, and even have a general plotline set up. It's just a matter of finding the time to write it.
