Review of chapter "Chapter One - John Connor" from ReflectionsOfReality
Could be insightful though I think it might over simplify the contributing issues...
Man tonnes of factors...
One John Connor is the pure creation of temporal paradox, without science based time travel available he would not exist. Yet regardless of the timeline changes his existence seems garunteed, or is it?
Temporal paradox at its finest right? It almost makes me think that they use Time Trax parellel past instead of Back to the Futures time loops. Would he still send his father back in time in a line where Sky Net never acheived sentience? I mean there was a proposed timeline where John Conner becomes a senator...
Then I have to ask myself what exactly is he? A champion of man obviously but is he an Agent of order or chaos? and does he exist in worlds that machines won? like the Matrix and what not?
I could continue but I am not sure if I have any real point,
Comments from author:
Thank you for thinking as seriously as me about this story. I have tried several ideas about storys timeline, but I think a circular paradox seems to best fit this story. The senator future didn't make it to the film, it wouldn't make any sense. If John exists then there has to be a skynet in his future, with a time displacement machine.
