Wow... thought I had managed to read all the Stargate fiction on this site, but somehow I missed this one.
Very well done! Love the very different take on Sam as a called slayer! And if you ever get the itch to dive into that Sequel, I'm here anxiously awaiting to read it.
I do hope life has gotten better for you. Of course, in my case, I feel the strongest urge to write when things are tougher... I guess it's my 'escape mechanism' ;) (which reminds me... I need to buckle down and get that last chapter of 'Infinity Box' done...)

Simple idea, but some definitely potential for future development (Both in terms of sequel AND prequel possibilities; could be interesting to get a look at some of the things Sam faced in her Slayer career).

Thanks. I do have an outline for a sequel but as of this moment I have no plans to write more for the moment as I have a lot of family problems just now.

Cool beans! I much prefer this ending, and I loved Dawn's reaction to Teal'c. The Big Guy is most definitely crush worthy.
Thanks for sharing this wonderful story. :-)

Sorry that it has taken so long to reply but my Internet connection has been playing up!
Thanks for the review. I have read a few crossover Buffy/SG-1 stories where Dawn crushes on Daniel and thought it was time the big guy got in on the act. lol.
Wow. That was so good! I loved the action/fight scene, so cool! I love how Sam and Buffy teamed up, they worked so well together. I can't help but sigh happily at how Teal'c saved Dawn, awww! Simply put, I loved the story. I wouldn't mind reading a sequel but you ended it so perfectly, tying it right back to the show that I can't be angry if you just leave it there. Thanx for the awesome story, you rock!

Thanks. I thought it would be nice to have Teal'c save Dawn and for her to crush on him! I hope to write a sequel sometime but my muse is not interested at the moment.
Blessings
Dave.

ok, i liked that, though i was hoping that the entrance of sg1 would put some more idea into the table. Oh well...great work!

Thanks. The problem with that is I did not wish the over all story to change and other than contacting Thor and asking him for a beam out for everyone including Dawn (Not much of a story with that!) they added everything I think they could.
Yes! SG-1 the way they were meant to be, thank you! Pardon, I just watched the series finale a couple days ago and I would love to go and "hunt some orc" (being the show's writers), but this tory makes me feel much better. *sigh* Anyway...
Wonderful interactions between the Scoobies and SG-1, and I love that Sam and Buffy are becoming a team (and hopefully friends). Glory isn't going to know what hit her. Thank you for the update, I'm eagerly awaiting the next chapter. :-)
Edit for reply: Amen to that.

Thanks.
On the finale of Stargate. It would have been better if Jack was there. He and Sam could have finally resolved their feelings for each other!
Oh, I love Spike's interpretation of the speech! Hilarious! And, of course, it was just great that it was *Spike* who followed Giles and Daniel's quotes, as oppose to Willow or Sam. Teal'c said surprisingly little, but it worked. I get the feeling that he'll see Dawn as a child - thus he will do everything in his power to save her. Not to mention the fact that Doc won't be able to take out both of them, hopefully meaning that Buffy doesn't need to die. Giles and Jack as killers. Ben's executioners, right? Keep up the awesome work. Lol, Tanydwr

Thanks. In the show it was Giles and Spike that did the speech, I just wanted someone from SG-1 involved and Daniel seemed right! Teal'c tends to be quiet anyway but does get more 'lines' in the last chapter. With Teal'c everything revolves around honour, he is the sort of person that would feel it is his duty to save Dawn even at the expense of his own life. I thought long and hard about changing Tara's comment on Giles to include Jack. Finally coming to the conclusion that as everyone already knows it was Giles that killed Ben it would not really spoil the story that much!
Blessings
Dave.
