I just wanted to say that this is a superb crossover. You managed to blend the universes perfectly and stay true to the characters. You are a very talented author and I really hope you go back to this story someday :)

The story so far is interesting in itself as well as an intriguing set up for what is to come.
So how does Methos know so much about middle earth? Has he been before and if so how did he travel there and back? And if not... what, he just has a really good fantasy life?

Yeah me too. But I just have to write everything what happens on Earth in order to make sense of what happens in LoTR universe. Methos's and Dawn's exploits in Middle Earth were supposed to be the major plotline in this story, but I just can't simply drop them all in Middle Earth. Now I understand why some people do it, but I still don't approve.

I like the concept of Dawn real identity, a pre-immortal girl, makes sense ; but why did Methos had to lie.? And Cassandra, her hate against Methos is quite... is quite.

Methos lies because it makes his live easier and because he is very good at it. He needs to keep Dawn around if/until he wants to come back. He doesn't want to force her following him if he can avoid it. And concerning Cassandra... well more about that in following chapters
