I liked it when this fic was new,
but there's an error now with chapter two.
Time and again the error's with Photobucket,
I'd recommend people tell them to go stuff it.
The pic of Cordy at last is neat,
I look forward to the story; should be a treat!
I hope your photoshopping muse is not diminished,

I'm so glad you're writing an Obi/Sabe fic! I've been searching for one for, seemingly, ever and I'm going to search for it on ff.net right now! YES!

So the Force aranged for Anikin to be born 5 years earlier? wouldn't it have been easier just to make sure his mom wasn't brutally killed by sand people? Gee the force sure does work in mistyrious ways. I guess it really needed her to be slowly tortured to death.

If you read it, you'll find out that Shmi doesn't die. Because Anakin's older and lets go of his attachment to her more easily, because at fourteen he has a stronger connection to the Force naturally (i.e. without Jedi help) than he did when he was nine, he ends up a knight sooner. This allows him the freedom to travel to Tatooine when he first dreams of her pain (yes, she suffers a bit, but she gets healed and Anakin saves all the townspeople before they went out to save her as well). Anakin being a knight earlier is also handy for later bits of the fic.

So meh!

I thought Anakin got to keep his hand? I've been reading your story, and I quite like it, but I think Padme should be a bit darker, and you should lay off the personification of the Force.

The Force is only truly personified in the prologue. Later on 'she' speaks to people, but its not quite so personal. Well, 'cept for the fact that 'she' treats the Dark Side like a cheating husband!

Anakin does keep his hand. But it creates the illusion that if only one hand is gloved, he's got something to hide on the hand. Helps separate heroic two-handed Anakin, from the dark Force Adept Vader. It's his killin' hand!

I wouldn't mind reading this story. It sounds interesting.
