Review of chapter "Polaris, Tangled in His Sheets" from (Current Donor)Sulien
Review:
This is Meredith Rodney McKay, dead on the money. Teyla (and you) have excellent taste. *grin*

And as for this story, the scene from which you got the title of the piece melted me completely. McShep is my OTP, but this one has snuck up on me and pounced. Thanks for sharing!
Comments from author:
Honestly? I started writing pure SGA because the fandom runneth over with McShep and not so much of anything else. I won't count you as a convert just yet, but Rodney and Teyla can be an awful lot of fun. :D

And thank you - there are times that whole tracts of words just pop out of my brain and into Rodney's mouth and I'm never totally confident the voice is "spot on". Then again - same snark, different person - and Faith-voice comes pretty easily. Anyway - many thanks! Glad you enjoyed these both. Not sure I am signing up to write something this schmoopy every day - but it was fun! ~Ves

Oh, I agree.. Rodney's my favorite Atlantis character. You've managed to put into words why *I* like the character. (plus, I actually do think the actor is attractive)
Comments from author:
Ah the many merits of David Hewlett. I don't mind looking at him AT ALL, but it really is Rodney I adore. For all his...ahem, prickish...ways, he really does have some sweetness, deep down. It's fun throwing him into situations where that adorable nervousness can be put to good use.

Thanks so much for taking a sec to review! ~Ves
