Big Head,
Would you be adverse to someone doing there own version of this, taking over say from the end of chapter 3 before stargate entered. Nothing against SG1 or the rest, but it has been done/being done, & i have other ideas.

No, no problem, I'm fairly busy with RL nowadays, but I'd also suggest you talk to Methos, who's the author of chapter 4, just to give him a heads up as well. I think I could either add you as an author to the current story (which would mean killing chapter 4 - not good to Methos), or you could copy/paste up to chapter three of the story into a new story and give me credit for them and go from there. Up to you. Have fun.

I'd like to read more of this one. I've run across references and crossovers with the various characters before, but I've never really seen a story that took them anywhere. Could be cool.

Yes; the Big Bads are in Big Trouble (everything from the Judge to the Goaulds to the NID). While Spike is toast, we don't know if Drusilla is. By the way, *where* is Angel(us)? We also get a mere *glimpse* of the Carrier's capabilities (not even the Authority comics went into *all* that the Carrier can do, as even Jenny Sparks barely scratched the surface, and the Engineer scratched even less). The amused grin on the face of the transformed Scoobies? Simple - with all the weirdity that has been that entire *day* - let alone Halloween itself and the aftermath to date - using the Carrier as an overgrown hands-free phone seems downright *normal* in comparison. Speaking of the Engineer, that will likely be where Samantha Carter fits in (it will be highly UNlikely that she can remain within the Air Force, let alone the SGC, in her nanotechcomposed state),
Willow Rosenberg *and* Daniel Osborne (Oz) will likely fill the Doctor role.
Rupert Snow (Giles) - Authority liasion to governments (starting with the United States, and specifically the SGC)
The Authority's *Brawl Brigade* - Xander (Midnighter), Cordelia, Buffy (once she recovers) and (eventually) Jack O'Neill. (Oh, please; like Jack is going to let Sam get away!)
The Brain Trust - Jenny Calendar AKA Kalderdash AKA Sparks, Willow, Oz, Sam Carter. They could *still* recruit Johnathan and/or Andrew and/or Daniel Jackson. Teac could join the *Brawl Brigade* only if they manage to get ALL of SG-1 and the NORAD Stargate.
Oh yeah, with the Carrier the scoobies just became the world's only superpower :) Should be handy defending Earth from anything the Goauld can cook up. If the other costumes were part of the set though then there should be a Drummer, Engineer, Doctor, Jack, Swift and Apollo running around somewhere in Sunnydale right? Be cool if Ambrose Chase turned up too :) I'm sure Sam will find her new Engineer abilities useful in her lab but she might miss being able to wear clothes. Where was Daniel in this episode? I would have thought he would be translating for Jack O'Neil. The scoobies will have to work hard at pretending to be aliens, their intimate knowledge of Earth customs, history and culture will be very suspicious. Maybe they can pretend to have set up an advance base on Earth to study us and found themselves having to intervene when they detected the energy buildup. Xander and Jenny will be the most convincing of course as they are the most altered by their new memories. Does that mean Xander is gay now? Or is he just a lot more gay than he used to be? He still seemed to be close to Buffy in the earlier chapters. And if Jenny and Giles are now the spirits of the 20th Century does that mean they only have a few years left? Can't wait to see if Jenny Quantum turns up!

Hm, okay so far... I don't like how easily they trust the SG crew, but that's just me. Keep up the good work.

I'm enjoying the story a lot so far, and look forward to seeing it continue.
I remember reading some of The Authority, and found myself liking the fact that this bunch of heroes didn't take shit from anyone and weren't afraid to kill the bad guys, which I think meshes well with how things are in both the Buffy and Stargate 'verses.

Damn I always loved the Authority since their first comic and been following them ever since. Having a stargate cross was a great idea, hope to see other crosses like maybe Charmed, The Sentinel, Harry Potter or even a mention of Babylon 5 would be fun. I was wondering if you put more Wildstorm characters in the story like some ideas you could use.
Amy Madison- Fairchild of Gen13 Andrew Wells- Grifter of Wild Cats Jonathan Levinson- Jack Hawksmore Warren Mears- Tao ultimate bad guy And Willow and Oz use the Ancient tech and Xander's comic book collection to Build their own Fuji from Stormwatch

I should also probably note that I'm not even interested on whether or not you plan to pair this Xander into a het or slash pairing, I'll just be peeved if the Apollo is female.
