Review of chapter "Chapter Eleven." from maxthehobbit
Review:
College Prank - I liked that.
Is nothing a challenge for you. I mean how could anyone put Sylvester and tweety bird in the Buffy realm, but you did it and it fit pretty damn good.
Congratulations on a very good story with massive amounts of imagination!
Comments from author:
I forget what made me look at Sylvester and Tweety Pie, but I ended up looking at it on You Tube and I thought, 'That Tweety Pie is an evil little sod! He must die!!!'

Cheers,
D.

Review:
Wow. Just Wow.

Amazing chapters man.
Sylvester and the slayers fight vs The ugly fraking "#$%%& of rare bird was funny as hell, specially the part about the subtle entry.
And yet, you top it with the way they got rid of the Big Wellow Bird demon boss. A Clasic. And you're the only one writer that mentions how magical powers are nullificated by iron.
I wonder if an iron knife can kill a vampire?

Willow Vs. Granny... such a walk back to some of the best animated WB shorts, specially them apples. I lieks apple pie!

Hermes and the goddess... Bwa-ha-ha-ha!! Looks like you don't like Giles too much... I mean, He's Twin Buffy husband.!!
Seriously, the reason behind Buffy and Giles behaviour... was very sad and realistic.

And before I forget, are you really planning to make a Buffy / Hermes pairing? That would very cool.!

And Sylvester, living the life... niiice!.

Guess that's all man.

See ya!!
Comments from author:
Thanks for your nice review...cheers.

Buffy/Hermes? Not thought about it but I'll keep it in mind...just thought of an idea...might do him as a recurring character.

I don't think iron effects Vamps because Vamps are half demon, half human. The demon part makes the human part hard to kill, and the human part protects the demon from 'Earth' magics like those in Iron. Just a thought.

The Giles Buffy thing. I remembered a terrorist years ago saying that getting weapons was pretty easy (back in the days of the USSR), it was finding money to support you while you ran the Revolution that was the hard part. I thought it could fit in nicely...almost everyone just assumes that the old Council was rich...what if it wasn't?

Next Seattle Slayers to be posted around early July.

All the best,
DaveT

Mad utterly mad and "Its a long way to tip a Rarie" is a dreadful pun. Loved the goddesses, though the idea of Morrigan and Macha running a school for girls, scary scary thought.

Edit looks like if you are reading reviews and press the add review button it adds the review to the first chapter.
Comments from author:
I always thought you were supposed to groan at puns!

Review:
This has to be one of my favorite Seattle Slayers stories. Fighting for Strangers was truly outstanding. So many outrageously funny moments: Sylvester and Tweety (I always did find that bird annoying)...Willow singing the theme from High Noon... Kennedy's explanation of the "college prank"...the three goddesses. I could go on and on, but I shall mercifully desist. Anyhow, what's next? Please say there will be a next, David....
Comments from author:
Next?

It's 'All the President's Slayers', a 'Commander in Chief' xover. To be posted at the beginning of July.

Tagline: 'Save the President's Daughters and save the world!'

I'm glad you've enjoyed these stories so far, unfortunately there are only a few more Seattle Slayers stories to go. They'll probably finish towards the end of the year.

All the best,
DaveT.

Are you using Terry Pratchetts grey monsters as villians too? Or just the standard Greek Pantheon.

I like how Sylvester got a good life. I dig that cool cat.

Tina and Alice? Okay if you say so. Isn't it kind of a Ian Flemming cliche? Terrible hetro sex experiences has turned Alice into a lesbian ah la Pussy Galore.
Comments from author:
Never read any Flemming. Sorry I thought this one up all by myself (sad ain't it...oh well there's nothing new under the sun). If you look back to 'Wabbits' I did sort of prophesy this.

I think all cats deserve a good life especially ones call Sylvester.

The grey things are more your 'auditors' than the creatures from the Dungeon Dimensions.

One day I'll explain what the hells going on...or has been going on.

I also have a theory on why there are so many lesbians in the Slayer ranks of this reality.

Bore you with it later.

Off home now.

All the best,
DaveT.

Review:
Until I read the footnote I thought you'd constructed the whole cloths and clotho concept in order to get in the excelent "messing with the reality of our fabric" joke - it's amazing how many gods there are.

Now the question is how fast does Hermes need to travel - the speed of light, warp factor 10 or will a mere 88mph suffice :)
Comments from author:
Gods? More than you can shake a stick at! I found it weird how many war gods were portrayed as women!

Now in 'Voyage Home' which is what I used here as a basis for the plot. I think Spock said 'almost' the speed of light, which would be Warp 1 (sad ex-Treker here). As Hermes hasn't got a 'Flux Capacitor' and it would take forever to go round the sun at 88mph...I'm going with the almost 'light speed'. So the whole thing would take about 20 minutes. Sheeesh! I've just realised how 'sad' this sounds!

I won't go into the whole Hermes 'carrying' the Goddesses and how HMS Hermes was an aircraft CARRIER. No I won't mention that at all!

Going to lie down in a dark room now,
DaveT.

Been a couple of chapters since I sent in a review, good stuff so far, really like the curse explanation for Sylvester's activities. Also the whole alternate universe, and warp time travel scene is a howl. So where are the real Buffy and Giles while their evil twins have their wicket ways in Cleveland?
Comments from author:
Glad you enjoyed it.

Locations of B&G are explained near the end (tomorrow).

Review:
Ooh so Alice is from another reality eh? so would that mean the evil Giles and Buffy are too I wonder? hmm did they have goatees?

~

The women COULD have a goatee, just not necessarily on the chin *eyebrow wiggle*.
Comments from author:
I don't think the rule about evil people from alternate realities having goatees applies to girls...well it didn't in the Star Trek Mirror Universe!

And 'evil' is such a negative term don't you think? 'Morally challenged' maybe?

DaveT.

Alice, what does the crow goddess wants with her???.
So, all the mess that Sylvester makes, has a goal... Suffering succotash =S!!.
And his human was the one who cursed him, at least he took it gladly.
Yep, lil' Tara got it right, poor kitty.

By the way, I see you've thrown a reference to the Road Runner, please tell me you got something planned with him.! Maybe Wile E. Coyote is the full name of the Coyote trickster god, and the road runner is his enemy demon bird???.

See ya!!!
Comments from author:
No plansd for Roadrunner....yet. Maybe later.

I don't think Sylvester had much choice in it ()a Witch has to do what a witch has to do!).

Poor Kitty!

All the best,
Dave.

Review:
So, Sylvester actually saved Willow by interfering with Granny; by the way,┬┐He is cursed with immortality? 'Cause that'll explain a looot of things. And that poor delivery man, I really hope Willow can make justice for his death.
An Innocent man, of all things.

Kennedy...Good Grief man, things are gonna get good when she tells Willow of her pregnancy. By the way, my vote for daddy goes for "Bones "McCoy.!

I like Detective Rider, he seems like a good character; I only hope he's not a legalistic moron, and the plot with Alice and the dead girl, there are a lot of ways to prove Alice innocence, not everything goes down to the forensics; besides, the forensic are gonna be very funny to watch when they compare the kind of wounds and lesions, they're not gonna match with Alice profile.

Hell Yeah!! Sylvester haves new homes! Tara is them good an' fluffy!Lol!!Willow is Them multi good!1LooL! Can I haz a cheezburger an' a bearbot team up??... Sorry, but the temptation of using LoLcat speak was too strong =)!

See ya!!
Comments from author:
Detective Rider will be a 'recurring Character' over the next couple of fic's. I actually wished I'd used him more.

'Cursed with immortality'. Take it from me, after awhile immortality is a pain!

What to add to the other comments...Not a lot, except, possibly, maybe...What if Kennedy's baby comes out with pointy ears and green blood, and lives long and prospers???

Bloody brilliant!!!

Avidreader.
Comments from author:
Thanks.

The Father of Kennedy's baby is not 'set in stone' yet. So I'm still looking for who to send the Paternity Payments bill to!

I love the way you seem to have gotten Granny, Sylvester and Tweety to a tee. I have a suspicion that Willow became the other biological parent during the Trek adventure. (puts on deerstalker and smokes pipe) I deduced this due to watching an episode of Red Dwarf where Lister became pregnant after having sex with his female self from another reality.... after all all those Lesbians and Clitorii have to come from SOMEWHERE!. *cough* mysterious grey robed beings *cough*
Comments from author:
Now that is an intriguing idea in fact two intriguing ideas...wish I'd thought of it.

Missed an awful lot of the later 'Red Dwarf' episodes.

Well we'll see how it all ends soon.

All the best

Ah ha! I'm glad I'm not the only one who saw through that whole nice old 'Granny and Tweety Bird' glamor and realized the evil creatures for what they were. I always wanted Puddy to get that damn bird and terminate Granny too. They always gave me the creeps! Excellent start to another interesting story. But so much is going on! Please update as I really want to find out how Kennedy got pregnant. If she is preggers of course. Lol!

PS For the love of everything holy and unholy, please don't let the father be James T. Kirk!
Comments from author:
The father thing is still up for grabs! Any volunteers?

Usual update schedule so more out tomorrow!

Granny and Tweety are sooo evil and what about that darn Road Runner? Kill them all!!!

All the best,
DaveT

OK, now you are gonna have to talk young man how and and where did Kennedy got pregnant and and who's the daddy by the way??.

This is gonna get so fraking good =D!.

By the way, Sylvester and I share the same name, so beg of thy, gentle scribble... can we see the pwetwwy cat teaming up with Rupert to kill, to terminally cease, to destroy (and many other words related to death and killing) that fraking ugly piece of #$%&/ called Tweety???
Please!!!?????

Thanks for the laughs :D!.

See ya!!
Comments from author:
Everyone hates that bird! What were the cartoon makers thinking? Always thought cats got an rough deal in cartoons.

Some of your questions will be answered tomorrow(Friday).
