Wow. This is fairly original. Well, not the going to another universe or being reborn kinda thing, but being Palpatine's sister, that's new. Usually it's being Anakin's sister or whatnot. So kudos to you for the originality. Hope you update soon!

His early life is vague, to say the least, so you don't have many restrictions on the fic.

I'd say there's an 80% chance he was born on Naboo. Might want to read up on the setting too.

Dawn's 5'7", Adult/Teenage Palpatine is 5'8", so they're not too far off in height.

I hope when this fic is over, you'll be able to look back and say: 'Hey, I did a great job' :D
