Review of chapter "Chapter 14" from Selias
No, not Lily! She's my favorite character! Well. It's actually pretty close between her and Barney. But still, you know what I mean, right?

Review of chapter "Epilogue" from AnFan
Hey, love the story. I've only read one other where Xander is turned, and he goes to get revenge because his turning was Buffy's fault (can't remember details). He falls or Tara and starts acting more like a chiped Spike. Anyway... Like I said, I like this one, and what I was trying to say was that it was unexpected. I didn't think I would like one where Xander was turned.

It was an interesting mix of crossovers. The Newford Stories crossover surprised me. I'm guessing you like the series or at least a couple of the books with Jilly in them.

I really look forward to reading the sequel. So, enough rambling and singing off. Thanks for sharing your creativity with us.

Review of chapter "Chapter 01" from Vilkath
I have to agree with some other reviews in this is blatant 'character death' or so OOC it might not as well be Xander. He walked around carelessly out at night, in a bad sort of town without so much as a cross or a stake? I could buy Xander 'looking' for trouble to slay on his vaction but why would he not be prepared at all? Why would he 'freeze up' when he's stood up to worse and taunted them like Angelus or such?

Over all this is early canon Xander maybe, not post graduation Road trip 'we fought a hundred food snake and lived' type of guy. A cowardly cry baby of a Xander who puts up no effort and doesn't even try kill two vampires when he had the chance is no real Xander, specialy one who turnd him against is will. At best I could see Xander in a situation like this dedicating his unlife to killing his kind in a Blade kind of way.. not crying out a window wallowing in self loathing.
Comments from author:
Forever Knight vampires have vast powers compared to BtVS vampires.
They can fly.
Stakes and fire don't necessarily kill them (s01e01&2), Nick puts a 2x4 through, LaCroix's, heart and sets him ablaze. He thinks that he kills him, but LaCroix pops back up later in the season/series.
They possess mind control powers like, Drusilla, does, but far greater. They catch the victim with their eyes or voice.
They have a sire/childe bond that let's them sense when their sire/child is within the same city.
Sunlight will still immolate them, as will beheading.
Remember you're dealing with a whole different beast here.

I never stated whether or not, Xander, was wandering around without a stake, or some other weapon. I never mentioned it at all. I left it up to the reader to decide. The truth is, Xander, didn't have a chance against, Janette DuCharme. All I did was show what was going in his head at the time and what she allowed him to say/do while he was under her control.
As far as, Xander, being a cowardly cry baby ask yourself this question. Knowing what you know about his history, how would he react if he found himself at the mercy of a vampire, for whatever reason. He had a deal with, Buffy, that should he ever die that she was to make sure that he wouldn't come back. He hated them that much. Most people don't want to die. I posit that Xander is no different. In that situation, faced with his own mortality, and possible immortality, he might have lost it and begged her not to kill him, or worse.
How would, Xander, react after the change? He's scared and confused, unsure of what is happening and almost immediately kills someone. He's what he hates the most, a vampire. He just murdered someone and the body is cooling on the bed beside him. He's in sensory overload. Everything is brighter, louder, smellier, and different. He feels things more sharply than he did before and his emotional reactions are off the scale. He doesn't feel evil, but he KNOWS that he is since he's a vampire. So he got out while the getting was good. He got away.
How can you blame him for being broody. Angel is, because of his soul. Xander still has his soul and has just committed his first murder. This early in the series, Buffy, still pretty much has a slay demon on site policy, except when it comes to Angel, of course.
But enough of me rambling. I stand by the work, as outlined by the aforementioned.

Review of chapter "Epilogue" from Alestar
Great story. I'm a big fan of Forever Knight, and you really don't see enough crossovers involving that universe, in my opinion. Also like how you're involving Tru. Your chapters are a bit short compared to what I'm used to, but at the same time you write them towards maximum effect and they keep the story going strong, which is actually a nice change of pace sometimes.

I know you're working on your whole Q thing these days, and while I like it too, it's quite convoluted. I know, the whole concept of the Q Continuum always was like that, so there's not much you can do about that, but... Just as a fan, I'd really love to see the sequel to this instead if you can make the time. - I plan to add it to my story tracking as soon as the first chapter comes out.

Thanks for taking the time to read this, and if you ever need someone to bounce ideas off of, let me know. Other than the television show I don't know much about Dresden, however I'm an avid Buffy and Forever Knight fan so I think I can keep up with most ideas considering those are the major stories involved so far.

Review of chapter "Epilogue" from ShyBob
Entertaining story, although it does jump a around a bit. I was amused by the way you were able to pull in the crossovers with the Scoobies' doubles--nice twist.

Please be aware your story rating is way off. The story should be rated FR-13 to FR-15, tops (see the heading "Rules" in the site navigation bar at the top of the page). The higher ratings are for graphic descriptions of violence/death/sex, not just the implication. It's good to be cautious on the ratings, but you are limiting your potential readership.

Good luck; I'm curious as to what the next story will bring.
Comments from author:
Thanx. I took your advice and lowered it to FR15.
On the look alike thing. I figured why not. Throw in some funny and see where it goes.
I do have further plans for the Tru/Faith look alike scenario.

Xander inviting someone in doesn't seem likely at all. He grew up in Sunnydale.

Don't buy the angst, but that may be cause you skipped the battle and whatever he was fighting so I'm just not feeling it.

Xander was ready to chop Amy's mother's head off when Buffy was hit with a blood curse and willing to kill Buffy when Willow was kidnapped. Not exactly a humans have rights that no other species does type of angsty guy. If it's a threat, kill it was his motto.

Review of chapter "Chapter 02" from (Current Donor)dogbertcarroll
The new Xander doesn't fit the character at all and his sire wouldn't allow him to run off as it would mean the enforcers would come for her for violating the rules they live by.

Xander isn't surprised he can fly?

Review of chapter "Chapter 01" from (Current Donor)dogbertcarroll
And why would she grab some random man off the street and vamp him? The Forever knight vamps differ from the Sunnydale ones in a lot of ways, one of which is being a lot more picky about bringing someone across.

Mortals aren't suppose to know about vamps in their setup. They have enforcers that remove either the memories or the person. She should be shocked that a human knows.

He folded pretty damn quickly against one measly vamp. No attempt at anything and he's tackled things a lot tougher then vamps. I think you'd need to at least use her little mental voodoo to make him fold.

Review of chapter "Chapter 16" from LFW
That Xander is a cool one
He has a shot at tearing Angels arms off, but saving the day is more important than his fun

Can he smack Angel around after the girl is saved?
Comments from author:
Yeah, he took the high road. Surprised me too. We'll have to see what happens next.
