Brilliant. I love Dexter and it's good to see a fic about him and Illyria. This was a good drabble and left me wondering why she suddenly wanted to take over the world.

My only complaint is about this sentence: "Unwise, but you serve a higher purposes." Was it "purpose" singular or plural that you intended? The "a" is what through me off since both "a higher purpose" or "higher purposes" without the a make sense. Sorry, it just disturbed the flow when I read it.
