Not having a clue about the original book, I decided to give this a shot anyway. Bully for me! An entertaining, accessable read, clever and amusing, with a very Spike like Spike, soul or no. I definitely look foward to seeing how he copes with his new job, as well as other tidbits about the new world he finds himself in. Nicely done.
