Very nice. Poor Ivan, he just can't get away from scary women, can he? I like the way you managed to tie this in to both "With a Star" and the story in the BtVS Season 8 comic, and to work in so many references to people and things in the Vorkosiganverse.

Enjoyable, but the whole time I'm thinking - what -Ivan's gay? Did that get revealed in Winterfair Gifts? Because I never read that story.

Thanks! And heh, no, he's not gay in canon. I got them together in another story called "An Ordinary Man." It's not a crossover, though, so it's not on here; it's on AFF.net. I'm glad you enjoyed it despite the confusion!
