You're right--the books are better. The show wasn't quite irreverent enough. This was fun, though. I'm guessing Mai didn't come out of the conversation quite as comfortable as she planned going in, did she?

I'd love to see that conversation too, but I couldn't see a way of doing it without some Buffy character becoming Mary-Sue possessed.
