Review of chapter "Questions Without Answers" from DieselDriver
Review:
I got the impression she was on a rice rocket. Not good for a sidecar. Big Harley? Would work if you could find a heavy enough sidecar... LOL What's she riding?

Review of chapter "I Contain Multitudes" from DieselDriver
Review:
The BB twins. I watched part of one episode and turned it off in disgust.

I am in favor of the death penalty for one simple reason. When the killer is dead, there is absolutely no chance that he will ever escape and do it again. Now for the caveats... and side notes. I do not believe in the life sentence without parole. If a person has committed crimes such that it is judged that they cannot ever be safely returned to society, they should be executed and gotten rid of. I also don't believe in the "not guilty by reason of insanity" defense. "Guilty by reason of insanity" yes. Not guilty means you didn't do it. If you did it, you're guilty. By this reasoning, Daria is guilty of murder, even though her personality was not in charge at the time. Fortunately she repented of the murders and confessed and wanted to pay the penalty. It led to her getting re-integrated which is good. Prison should not be thought of as a penalty though. It's supposed to be punishment. You only punish someone who needs to learn right from wrong. Many people think revenge is ok. IT'S NOT. Morally revenge is no better than the crime that inspires it. Killing a repentant killer is as bad as being a killer to begin with. Killing in self defense is fine. Do it if necessary and deal with it. Killing an unrepentant killer such as Harbough is self defense. No self inflicting pain over killing him is necessary or should occur. I could execute someone like that without any remorse or self guilt. If the same situation existed where the criminal was a beautiful woman I could throw the switch, pull the trigger, whatever just the same. If said criminal got down and confessed and said how sorry they were I would not be able to do the execution of said person. Strange I suppose but even the thief on the cross was forgiven at the last moment and he was much more than just a thief. The word is a convenient translation. He was a heinous criminal who had murdered but was truly remorseful. If Jesus can forgive a criminal like him, the least I can do is the same.

Review of chapter "Cycle of Life" from DieselDriver
Review:
Motorcycling is an amazing adventure even if all you do is commute to work on one. I've ridden for about 45 years with a few times without one due to no money. My last regular ride was a 90 mile each way commute to work at LAX on the 14/5/405 freeways of the LA area. Mostly good. Worth it completely even though I received a permanent neck disc injury from an idiot who rear ended me with his pickup at a stop sign, about 2 miles from home. The feeling of freedom from not being encased in a cage (car) was marvelous. Not to mention cutting an hour off my commute time each day. Lane splitting (called lane sharing in CA motor law) is legal and I did it a lot. Even on a gold wing for awhile. Gave that luxury barge up after breaking 3 rear drive units. Finally commuted on a Suzuki Vstrom, 650. 87,000 miles in less than 5 years and the only thing to break was the speedo sending unit. A gearing change to lower rpm and lowered an inch to accomodate my short legs and a few other minor mods to help carry my gear and that was it. I wish I could have a brand new 2004 model right now. 55 mpg on my commutes. Traveled a few times, put in 600+ mile days where all you want to do is keep flying. I was stationed in Tucson for almost 2 years. Thanks for cleaning up the nightlife there, Daria. My squadron CO at Davis Monthan AFB, referred to motorcyclists as the "Fighter Pilots of the Freeway". He flew a fighter, amongst other planes, and a motorcycle of his own. Very cool.

So I consider Daria a friend if she were a real person in this universe. (obviously she's real in her home universe). I wish I had some slayer healing sometimes.

I think that Daria is right. She NEEDS some time to figure out just WHO Daria Faith is. And that is what the Road trip with a friend is all about.

A carrion style demon eh? I think that once Giles and the other hear about this, they will leave her alone. She is not harming anyone, just feeding on what is food to her. And the dead cannot tell tales unless they are vampires.

So, the two IDIOTS who were with Daria when that night happened, are still around and acting the same as they did all those years ago. Its going to be rough to get past them and not be recognized.
