Review of chapter "There's a Fine, Fine Line" from Chargone
Review:
Story's pretty cool... apparent abandonedness? Not so much. (And i'd bet the guy who said you could have too many lesbians was less 'gay' and more 'straight, and watching the available pool of desireable mates shrinking.')
Comments from author:
I put it aside to see what happened with the end of Atlantis and then SG:U, and moved on to other fandoms. I might revitalize it one of these days; at this point in particular, though, I'm focusing on Blue Belle and its satellite stories.

Awesome story! I really hope you come back to it. I can't wait to read how Cordy would lay the smack down on the System Lords.
Keep up the great work!

Awesomeness. I found this after finishing the latest chapter of Blue Belle. Loved the Corderlia/Faith/Eliza Dushku joke from a couple of chapters back.

Just re-read this again, and enjoyed it. A little hard on Buffy, but not impossibly so, especially when you realize it's from the viewpoint of Cordelia. Will there be more? It needs a bit more of a wrapup of the polliticing [which is even better than the battles, in my opinion].
Comments from author:
People seem to forget that in one of their first encounters, Buffy tried to stake Cordelia. She didn't properly learn about the supernatural for a good long while, either, allowing her dislike for the Scoobies and the misfortunes they brought (blindness, attempted murder by frat boys) to fester and grow. And even when she was dating Xander, she wasn't friends with Buffy and/or Willow because of it.
Funny concept and enjoying it but weren't Cordie and Xander dating still?
Loved Cordelia in the show and hated what they did to her on AtS but i'm also a Xander fan. Although i like both of them i'm not really a Cord/Xand fan. Just wish you had them break up mutually or something. Then again it's been MANY years since the show ended so i could be wrong but i was sure they were still dating when Cordie when to mexico.

I just finish reading this story and I have to say it's quite a refreshing crossover. I had a lot of fun following Cordy rise in power and how you stomped on the "usual hero" ego and prowess (poor jack and Buffy mouhahaha!!)
Thanks for sharing and hope you'll continue this story

Still an excellent story on a re-read.
Has this revised version of "Snake Charming" been abandoned or are you working on more chapter re-writes or the last few chapters?

Queen C of Sunnydale, Earth, and then the Galaxy. The Buffy, Watcher, and stupid stake use bashing is fun. Ishtar has been very quiet though, maybe she can be reformed and become a voice in the story? You simply must write more of this tale.

Review:
Nice to read this fanfic again. I liked the way she has now become the goddess for the Haktyl. Should make things interesting once Ishta and Ishtar/Cordelia start getting to know each other. Cassie might get jealous until she joins in.
She looks to be gaining a power bloc via the female Goauld and looking forward to reading the result.

I got an account just so I could post a review here.
Wow! I started this story at 12am and read it until 4am to finish.
Wow.
Just wow.
I have to say, hands down, this is the best B:tVS/SG-1 crossover I have ever seen. And I've probably read about 20 of the 100k+ word monsters that typically inspire good writing. This is the most original crossover I've seen, best use of Characters, very well written Cordy!
Please keep writing! This is very original, very awesome story. Please write more! :)
MOAR.........!!!!!!!!
Comments from author:
It was meant to be a parody of pretty much every BtVS/SG-1 story I've ever read. There are just so many where BtVS is overhyped to the part of ridiculousness that I was like... if you're going to insist that such a thing is good writing? Why not have some fun with it?
