So you're a Willow hater. Buffy I can understand, but, other than that, great story. Lucius and V would be great. Harry and Draco would have to play nice with each other and the step relationship would be unbelievable for them both.

tai: oh dear god. first that FF7/ buffy vincinto fic and now this. i am truly in hell. please, update, and mabey i can get some rest.
I think Voirrey should wind up with Lucius if for no other reason than story-fun. Luce'd have someone he actually liked and could (and WOULD) respect to be with. And on Voirrey's part? Well, for people with control issues or that LIKE to "manage" others (i.e. Dumbledore, Voldemort, Voirrey, Poppy), the most important part is that they need someone around to do that to. That kind of personality would NOT fare very well if they were constantly ignored or slapped down right quick when they tried to "manage" those around them.
ANYway, back to Lucius and Voirrey.
Consider: If they got together, then Sirius Black's little sister would be paired with Lucius Malfoy. Harry's aunt would be Draco's new mom. Lucius would be Harry's uncle. Harry and Draco would be (I think...) some kind of quasi-cousins or something. Um. I think that Sirius would also become Draco's uncle-by-marriage.
Got 2 questions:
1) Wasn't stated plain out but juding by a piece of action that occurred, am I mis-reading it or is Percy (a.k.a. Wesley) actually seeing Angel? (Which could prove interesting 'cause if Percy was ever accepted back into the Weasley family, then Harry's best friend (Ron) and his informal business partners (F&G), and the rest of the redheads would be linked to Clan Aurelius (spelling?) along with Spike and Xander.)
2) In an earlier chapter, Voirrey had mentioned that a "Brittish expatriate" she knows gave her the lowdown of what had been occuring in Wizarding England/U.K. Was she talking about Percy/Wesley, or is there someone else with Wizarding Britian that hangs with the Slayers?

For the record, I hate both Harry Potter (mildly) and Buffy bashing (well, any character bashing, I choose to think that the characters were predominantly teens dealing with events that would induce PTSD in the most well adjusted adults). That said I feel that the story is very well done (just read it in one sitting). I am not going to try to comment on grammar and tenses (did not have time to really nitpick).
Weaknesses: While I feel the Slayer character is a little overpowered, it is not as outrageous as some fanfic I've seen.
Strengths: For being in unbelievable situations, the characters are acting believably. I look forward to your next installment (which is rare for a HP fic).
Overall, I rated it a ten. Essentially that means that I enjoyed it so much if there were any flaws, I overlooked them.

Okay. Combining this chapter with a re-read of chpt 8, I'm REALLY looking forward to the next chapter or two.
1) In chapter 8, I might have forgotten if this was mentioned earlier, but I'm wondering who this Brit Expatriate friend of hers is that gave her the low-down on good ol' Voldie.
2) Again, in ref to Ch 8, I'm also wondering just who it is that Voirrey's got in mind to be co-teacher.
3) Now, to chapter 9, in the next installment, I'm wantin' t' see EVERYone's reactions to what happened: Slayer Central on the issue of unexpected hitchhikers; the unexpected visitors' reactions at winding up there; and the Bird Brigade on their now missing quasi-hero.
