After reading this bit for the upteenth time, I need more! Please, please update this fic. I really want to see how Obi-Wan responds to being in the Buffyverse and how him not being around changes the SW-verse for the later prequel movies!

Oh, please continue this! It has been far too long! I am very interested to see what develops with Obi-Wan back here. This would have been my preferred outcome for P&S, but I realize that you had to get rid of both Buffy and Qui-Gon for the SW-verse to have any chance of unfolding remotely close to the way it did in the movies. This outcome makes more sense to me, though, as with Obi-Wan's bond and love(?) of Buffy, I would think that he simply wouldn't think before jumping through, and Qui-Gon would be the more detached, Jedi-like, and assume them both (Buffy and George) dead.
I hadn't realized that you had begun writing an alternate ending!!! But still, you haven't updated this or the other sequel in quite a while. Hopefully you'll be inspired to write more soon because you've created a fabulous story and I'd love to know how it pans out.
Best of Luck, Steph

The romantic tension between Ben and Buffy is delicious. The sexual tension is only made worse by the rule breaking.... Obi-wan and Buffy need to be together. I never would have considered Buffy and Obiwan until I read P&S. I have read it too many times to count!
I was heartbroken when you ended the story with Qui-Gon getting trapped there instead. I was crossing my fingers that Ben would get trapped in Sunnydale with Buffy and then somehow they get back but do to the time difference, Anakin has become Vader and Luke and Leia are now grown and fighting the Empire. I could see Luke being thrilled to meet another living GOOD Jedi, Ben being stunned that the Jedi are all but wiped out...
I only recently came across "The Alternate", the alternate ending where Ben gets trapped there instead but sadly there is only one chapter and the story hasn't been updated in awhile. There are so many interesting possibilities. Joyce freaking out that Buffy is now in her 20s instead of 17. Buffy realizing that due to the time distortion that she's outgrown all of her friends by about 10 years. Ben reacting to the loss of the Force and adjusting to have a REAL life away from the Jedi, one that means that he can be with Buffy.
I'm dying for some more Buffy/Obi-wan sparkage! PLEASE post more!!

*swoons* I don't know how I missed this but YAY! More P&S stuff to keep me occupied. I love this verse. Love reading how Ben is dealing with being placed in Buffy's world. *claps*
You write him so perfectly in character, it's really a pleasure to read!
Oh, this is great. I'm so pleased you've done this. I'd always hoped that Obi-Wan and Anakin would find a way to follow them back after P&S - this will do nicely instead. And I was thrilled to see the TBC at the bottom. I think I almost want to see an update to this more than Scoobies & Sith, although either will satisfy.
So I've got tons of questions which I hope we'll be finding out - how long has he been there, has he met Angel yet ? Is he still in denial ? Will we finally see the Buffy/Ben relationship go somewhere ? What do the other scoobies think ? What's with the birthday - has Buffy got 'plans' ? (Hope it goes better than Anakin's birthday).
Please more soon.

Yay! I'm so happy to see a continuation of P&S, in any form. I'd love a continuation of the original as well, but I loved the Buffy/Obi dynamic so much I think this is even better. I'm fascinated by Obi-Won's perspective of Buffy's world, his interaction with the Scoobies, his adjustment to being cut off from the Force, etc. I also wonder about his reaction to Angle and vice versa, especially since he and Buffy appear to still be dancing around their feelings for one another. There's so much to explore. Please, please, please continue!
