Hmm....Dawnie, as the Key, as the Power the Dark Lord knows not. That would be an interesting story. Maybe I should incorporate that into my story 'Scoobies Go To Hogwarts'. I was thinking of making it Harry/Dawn, instead of Harry/Ginny.

Judging by the color scheme, red (Gryffindor) for Hermione, yellow (Hufflepuff) for Cedric, Dray would of course be in green...so does that mean that Dawnie's in Ravenclaw cause she's in blue?

You know, I actually hadn't thought about that one. I admit that Cedric's shirt was already yellow and I purposely made Hermione's sweater red, but I didn't consciously choose Ravenclaw blue for Dawn. In the original pic, her shirt was bright orange (like safety cone orange) and it just didn't seem to balance all that well.
If I had to pick a house for Dawn, it would be a close tie between Ravenclaw and Slytherin. She's been helping with the research thing for a while and picks up languages pretty easily, so she's definitely smart enough for Ravenclaw. But this is a girl who has spent the majority of her time with Spike, so I'm thinking she's also a shoo-in for the House of Snakes.
