A really intriguing set-up (though I'm still reeling a bit from the idea of Daniel and Sam married; still, I love the idea of their having a child named after BOTH Jack O'Neill and Charles Eppes). I hope you continue with this tale.

Interesting idea to cast Daniel as a former foster child of the Eppes, though with no explanation it is a bit confusing as to how he would have ended up in California from the NY foster system. Some indication of the timeline setting for SG1 would help, especially with the AU nature of daniel & sam's marriage & child.
The ideas are interesting but as I read I felt like I had missed a chapter or two.

Daniel Never claimed that "the pyramids were landing platforms for alien spaceships." The link with aliens was made by a heckler in the audience. I would think that Charlie would correct his father on this, given that Charlie's work is often misunderstood as to its applications & he too is seen as a bit of an eccentric.
