I have to admit that I had a Judge Dredd story kind of lurking in my head, but I can't seem to get it right. Yours is quite good.

Thank you, I found it quite hard to put the characters in the correct context, but the episode of 'Halloween' is just perfect for this sort of thing.

Not so sure if I'm gonna take it further, at the moment I'm not, but I've got plenty of 'Judge Dredd' material to help me if I decide to.

Yep, the one and only Psi Judge Cassandra Anderson. Figured it would be amusing to write, and it did make me laugh a few times writing it. And Anderson does kick arse in the comics. (The other half has just a few of the graphic novels.)

Points for a crossover I haven't seen before but points against for not explaining why he got Anderson instead of Dredd. The main thing I got from this was 'holy crap! Giles recognized a comic book character.' I would be very interested to see where you would take this, maybe do it in the edited highlights format (The Judge, Acathla, Faith and the Mayor.)

Judge Dredd is an English institution, everyone recognizes it, by the way, the film was crap, and NOTHING like the comics, so you've gotta expect even the G-man to recognize it. (Even my mum does, but then again she knows who the X-Men after are after putting up with me disappearing to a comic shop in Tottenham, North London every weekend during the mid-90's for months on end.)

As for taking it further, we'll see. This has been rattling around my skull for a while, but I've got other things on the burner that need to seen to first, like Random Selection. That seriously needs an update soon.

Interesting setup. Your story was short, but you did fine with their characters. But like many Helloween stories, I'd love to see the lasting effects on the Scooby Gang and their battles.
