RFLAMO! Now THAT'S entertainment. Truly inspired. I really enjoyed reading this. I would actually like to read your interpretation of later events. If Wilkins is gone, who's gonna be the bad guy in season three? If Dru is gone, who's gonna revamp Darla in Season 2 of Angel? So many interesting questions.

Yeah, it goes AU from this point, I guess.. Let's see - every vamp near anything wooden (that Willow can control) is dust. That leaves just the ones in caves and the sewer system. Without friendly ghost Willow organizing things, the spell would break at dawn as Ethan intended - probably leaving everyone with far more from their possessions. With Dru and Spike gone - Connor won't exist - or else with a different mother (maybe Buffy!) so the prophesies don't collapse. Without Dru, Kendra will also last a lot longer. No Faith and no Mayor and super Willow in the mix means an easy time for the short while, but season 3 baddie will probably be Willow herself - much earlier than canon. If Xander manages to snap her out of it - then she will probably be in magic rehab and have a much harder time stopping the Initiative and Adam while limiting her magics.
At least that is how I'd think it'd happen.

I got a shiver down my spine at Dru's one and only line. That movie is the only horror flick I can watch without freaking out, I always make fun of the little boy who reaches under the bed... and is nearly killed by a possessed clown!
Heh.
Twas fun.
Danke

Thanks! Someone had to say a version of that line, might as well have been Dru. And never look under the bed if you have possessed clown dolls there, hehe.
