Could be interesting to see some short crossover follow-ups where he tries to recruit brave girls to become his Slayers.

Perhaps empowering that many Slayers reduced his power.
The Council needs to be re-arranged.

Well written as I've come to expect from you, but truthfully I didn't enjoy it. I'm not entirely sure why. I guess Xander transforming in a demon no however power bothered me too much for to "get into" the story.
