Review of chapter "Enter the Underverse" from deamon
Review:
Will this be a romance thing? Cuz with Riddicks memories he might be attracted to kendra cuz she kinda has the personality of his love interest as a child from the first movie.
Comments from author:
I kinda toyed with the idea of a Willow ship' but I decided against it. No pairings planned. I still don't know when I'll get around to writing the rest of it, but I am aiming to get back to it (writing in general) this summer.

An interesting take on this...

minor plot note: in the original Pitch Black, Riddick tells Jack that the eyes are the product of a slam surgery procedure paid by 20 menthol kools, which makes a little more sense...

Review:
This is an awesome story, a different take on Xander becoming the lesser evil. I wonder what Buffy, Willow, Cordy and the vampire population will act now that an honest to god furiean is in Sunnydale.

Review:
Ooh good start! I really like Xander's take on what's happening to him, like noticing his apathetic morality and stuff. Can't wait to read more!

Review of chapter "Enter the Underverse" from OLazyOne
Review:
Very well done.

I especially love the rendition of Riddick. He isn't supposed to be a good guy. In the movies he was always portrayed as the lesser of the evils because he didn't kill indiscriminately. Your portrayal showed this was also showing that if given a reason(boredom counts as a reason) he wouldn't hesitate to kill. I read over some of the reviews and love the idea of Xander going to hell through Acathla. Only problem is that Xander would probably Angel as soon as he became a threat unless he wasn't there.

The long term effects of the possession are very well done. I love the way that Xander emulates Riddick with little control.

Very well done :)
Thanks haven't seen this particular take on the Halloween thing before...
This is also well written and you can "hear" the characters authentic voice.

You are on to a winner here it would be a shame not to continue ;)
Comments from author:
Thanks, I really do want to do justice to the cannon characters so I appreciate your opinion. I will be adding to this story, but I'm not sure if it will be more than just one more chapter.

Thanks for the review.

Review of chapter "Enter the Underverse" from ReflectionsOfReality
Review:
Oh please turn him, the sheer ramifications of a soul that can not be separated from a body and I can so see a brilliant fight between it and the blood demon or even better getting the demon to submit to him. I mean one theory is that a turned vampire's body does not die just the life within being corrupted, after all you don't see any vampires trying to turn corpses. Or even better what about an old one like Illyria? The old one consumes the soul but what if the soul is made of stronger stuff? What would a Furyan do with a visit to the Deeper Well?

Or at the very least have him go against Eyghon in the metaphysical sense.

The biggest reason why I would want to turn him or find some other way to extend his lifespan is that I would so like to see the havoc he could reap in Hell, say go in with Acathla and come out when the Sisterhood of Jhe opens the Hellmouth maybe with some symbols of dominion hanging off his belt. Hey instead of turning him just have one of the first demons he kills for sustenance while in hell be a Mohra demon (its blood is able to restore Angel's humanity what would its heart do to a alternately evolved human?)... and what better climate to push a Furyan to its limits?

Interesting take just please continue the story unlike half of the Riddick crosses that seem to be abandoned halfway to the good parts,
~Reflections
Comments from author:
Depending on how long this story goes, I like the idea of Eyghon, or an old one trying to take over but I don't like the idea of a vampire being able to catch Furian Xander at all. I was toying with the idea of him getting hit with the Acathla portal and ending up in hell or something like it, but not sure how I would want to play that.
I will add at least one more chapter, but I have determined that each chapter in this story will be a full story arc so I won't leave any dangling plots beyond this one. I found I have a tendancy to go into stories with out a clear end or resolution in mind which would lead to abandoned stories, but I hate that when I run into them while reading so I don't want to fall into that trap here. Hope you enjoy the next part and we will see about the future after that.
Thanks for the review.

Review of chapter "Enter the Underverse" from (Past Donor)Jewel
Review:
Interesting start (nice long chapter too!). I like that you have the Riddick-soul integrating instead of leaving X with multiple personalities.

One comment though: I'm sure I remember from the first film Riddick telling Jacks that to get the 'orbs' he had to get thrown into maximum security prison and pay a doctor to burnish his eyeballs.
Comments from author:
Yes he did tell her about it, and apparently in the animated movie it shows how it happened, but in the second movie Kyra couldn't find the doc, and they never really went into it so I thought he was just messing with her. Plus the dogs"?" that were in the prison had the same eyes, so I just took it as a planetary trait and he didn't know why his eyes were like that. The other Furian didn't have them but he was Converted, so Who Knows what that process could entail.
Eh so the story becomes slightly more AU than first intended, but I like it so I hope you enjoy it too.

Thanks for the review.
