I just found this, and it was terrific. I love stories where those backstabbing, betraying, you-know-whats get what they deserve by Buffy walking away from them like she should have long ago. I really look forward to the sequel!!!

I love how the story is turning out. I hope spike catches up with her and a new team s formed. I really don't think that the original situation (the one you portrayed) much suited her. By the way Richard Rahl much, love the name. Thats a great series.

Spike stays with Faith and the Scoobies, like Buffy asked. Buffy will, however, be meeting new people and getting a new profession.

LOVED IT!!!!!! Everything about it was good, I would love to see Buffy, Faith, Spike and Dawn, start a new group together with some new people too, because that would be awesome, I might get over Dawn kicking her out because she feels bad about it. The other scoobs and potentials can just go away.

your story was brilliant....absolutely fabulous!!!.....but i'm only giving it a 9 (technically 9.5 but they didn't offer that) and the only reason its not a 10 (b/c its damn good enough to be) is b/c of a the typos and sp errors that annoyingly got in the way of a really good story.....which this is....i did say that right?

on that same note.....of how good a story this is.....again it was fucqing brilliant...i loved that Faith and Spike were on the short list of trusted peeps...and that even though you diverged from the original storyline...I loved the line " apocalypse averted courtesy, once again, of Buffy Summers"....the only other thing that would have just been iciing on my cheesecake was if Faith had bitch slapped Kennedy....that would have been just wonderful.....however you did totally make up for it by saying there would be a sequel.....i so look forward to it!!!!! damn i'm almost doing a happy dance, i'm just that excited!!

I'm so beyond pleased that you've decided to make this a series. It has a ton of potential.

I hope you will show the core Scoobies suffering for what they did.

The only person I'd hope Buffy will eventually forgive is Dawn.
They ARE the only blood family each other have.
And thier mother would want her girls together.

I could easily see the Summers sisters along with Faith and Spike creating a new stronger family than the original Scoobies ever were.

Hmm, I'm enjoying this turn from the series. I wonder what kind of trouble Buffy is going to find. Nothing she can't handle, I'm sure.

Will she ever come into contact with the Scoobies again? Or at the very least, Faith or Spike? Even Dawn, maybe?

Eek, can't wait for the next story!

Wicked. Faith dressing down the Scoobies was fantastic. I like it that you don't have Faith automatically forgiving Dawn. She always got away with things too easily.
And the Spike moment at the end made me snort.

I LOVE this ending :). I hope this story sparks an Epic run!

I'd like to see all of their reactions, too. I can't wait to see where Buffy is going and what friends she is planning to look up. I am really looking forward to the next part.

Iceflame- They never asked to be left to fend for themselves, they just asked not to be led into what seemed like a death trap to them.

I'm kind of funny I always hated them for tossing her and not trusting her, but whenever someone goes to bash them I feel inclined to defend them.

I'd kind of like to see a Potential, not Kennedy, refuse to feel bad about.

Nothing that happened in Angel will really have an effect on this story. Bits and pieces may pop up (such as the cell phones from Angel) but other than that, not much will be mentioned.
